Booked and paid for hotel. Ended up hotel management state all the booking from traveloka they did not receive! So we have no rooms to stay!

Don’t ever book your ticket through the third party, specially is Traveloka, I had booked my ticket with scoot airline and canceled because Covid restrictions, I would like to get a refund voucher ( not money) for next trip but until now we can’t redeem the voucher because Traveloka registered my voucher with their gmail so that I can’t get the OTP to verify my voucher. So many many time I’m trying to contact Traveloka but nothing at all, even scoot helped us to changed the voucher but the OTP was sending to Traveloka gmail. MONEY WASTED BECAUSE OF YOUR CARLESS WORK TRAVELOKA.

THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IS HORRIBLE, I MADE A BOOKING FOR MY BROTHER IN 2019, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTED ME TO MAKE THE BOOKING BUT HE INPUTED THE WRONG RETURN FLIGHT DATE ON THE BOOKING DESPITE OF SHOWING IN THE ITINERARY THE CORRECT ONE. AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN, CEBU PACIFIC AGENT DID NOT RECOGNISE THE BOOKING AND FORCED MY BROTHER TO REBOOK THE TICKET AND INCURRED ADDITIONAL FEE. TRAVELOKA THAT TIME JUST PROVIDED US 1,500 PESOS FOR REIMBURSEMENT. NEVER TO THIS AGENCY AGAIN!

Seriously - avoid these people. Their customer service - and you’ll definitely need to contact them if you book anything on their app or website - are as bad as it gets.

Traveloka screwed up our scheduled transportation today from Nha Trang to the airport. No car or driver showed up as expected at 1:00 PM so we had to make last minute panic change to GRAB which worked out good. As a result I have also cancelled our future Booking for May 26. Can’t afford another mistake on their part.

I advise everyone don't use Traveluka, their customer service is not even helpful. Our family of three bought tickets from Singapore Airlines no through Traveluka last week. I wanted to buy another ticket for my child because the flight time is too long as I discovered there is another route comes with shorter travel time. Singapore airline said that my ticket was sold at Traveluka, they need me to call Traveluka so that the reps can assist me on this. First call, Traveluka's customer service officer told me to wait for their email. Second call which is 3 days later, I called them again and they said they have not received the email from Singapore Airline. Third call, 2days later, I still didn't receive it and Traveluka told me the same thing again. I suggested them not to wait for the email from SQ and instead they could just call SQ directly to liaise with SQ customer service. Traveluka said they will contact the SQ specialist team and asked me to wait again. Today, I still did not receive any updates from Traveluka and I called SQ directly and got them to resolve this issue on the behalf of me asap. Less than half a day, issue resolved. Traveluka was not being helpful and they didn't even bother to update me at all. They have no sense of urgency and never put themselves in customers' shoes. This is so bad.

TRAVELOKA DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Pay the extra and save yourself a world of pain and misery. This organisation should be shut down! My daughter booked a room with three weeks notice. The next morning tried to cancel. They fluffed around, so many frustrating calls, promise of assistance and none given. Appalling service.

DONT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!! If I could give Traveloka a zero, I would. But that’s not possible. I have never been so frustrated. I booked a room for my friend who was coming down to visit from Queensland. I booked the room, then an hour later my friend said they wouldn’t be coming down for personal reasons. I immediately tried to cancel my booking which still had 3 weeks notice. All communication to the customer service was absolutely terrible. Their landlines were crackly making communication almost impossible. I’m appalled.

My son bought me and his brother tickets more than a month in advance. Traveloka informed me THREE TIMES that our flight is either rescheduled or cancelled. Last notif was given a little after midnight of the latest rescheduled day of departure. We rented car, made an 8 hour rushed trip to the airport, only to discover there’s no such flight for that day. VERY DISGUSTING! Unprofessional!

First time book flight with them, very bad experience , cannot solve problem , no after sale customer service , push the problem to airline and I have to communicate with the airline myself , don't use them you will regret like hell If I can select 0 star I will not even give them a 1 star

worst ever service Traveloka!!!! ridiculous to get any response from them accept, we are very sorry!!! so what for saving of $50-$80 only to end up a ticket that is no useable and that you will have to connect with the airline and do all the changes on yourself and pay for all the fees! USE ON YOUR OWN RISK

Purchased 4 tickets for iFly. Only 3 got confirmation and 1 received a delayed in issuance of voucher. After numerous attempts they finally issued but the voucher cannot be used for iFly. The ticket is for my 8year old son. Traveloka said that voucher can be used for his ticket to attractions like USS, etc but not iFly with the rest of the family. Does it make sense to send my 8year old by himself to USS? I would advise everyone to refrain from using Traveloka. This is my first attempt using Traveloka and its my last! Extremely terrible service!

After getting Covid, I called and emailed CS for 1 week straight, even paid 50% more for a reschedule, and they still pospone me, no clear answer IF OR WHEN ILL GET A NEW FLIGHT. I paid 1.5x times of a ticket and I still got no flight from them. The most unprofessional CS ever. They dont care. They were throwing a 10 year aniversary party and telling the customers to wait 24hrs untill new resolution. A joke. Run! Wanna lose money? 5/5 best app for getting scammed.

Really disappointed as i have paid and I received a confirmation and eventually after 24 hours you guys send me an email saying hotel is full and ask me to go for a lower grade hotel. Will never book or use your service again

I have made my flight booking on 30 Nov 2021 with traveloka, booking was confirmed for: - Departure 1 Feb (BKK - CKG) with Thai Smile. - Return 31 March (CKG - BKK) with Singapore Airlines. I received an email on 20 Jan from the ticketing support that my flight was canceled by the airline because they are not operating until 17-Feb-2022. Traveloka offers a full refund of my departure flight, they mention it will take 30 days. This is unacceptable, I need the money plus by the time I check the flight availability online on 25 Jan for 1 Feb the price has gone up 3x from what I have paid. I can’t effort that. Its been a long inefficient process, I called them back and forth, talking in the email asking for a better solution as currently my travel itinerary is fixed, I have all my other bookings confirmed for my trip (return flight, hotel bookings, PCR test appointment, etc). Suggesting Traveloka take the responsibility to make a booking replacement with any airline for the same date that I booked (1 Feb). All agents speak with templates, they always told me that “this is not their fault” that my booking was canceled, it's the airline. Let me remind you here, I made the booking and paid fully with Traveloka, whatever reason you gave me it's not my problem. You guys should have resolved it better with Thai Smile, its your business partner. They told me “it's impossible” to rebook you a new flight (I saw lots of options available for flight on 1 Feb). Funny how it was very “possible “ for you to get my booking canceled, and ruin my trip but impossible to fix it. What’s the point of using your service? I don't get any support here, only adding more problems. The service that you provided is not worth my time anymore. No sense of sensitivity, you guys didn't listen to your customer's problem nor care or sympathy how I have to carry the problem that you have caused. Over 1 week of back and forth call and email with Traveloka resulted in nothing but frustration. You guys should be embarrassed, amazingly poor customer service.  I suggest training your agents properly and teaching them how to be real support, especially the Ticketing Admin Support agents (they are lack understanding and speak with templates). Someone from the manager level should evaluate my case and spot all the underperformance agents that have handled my case here. I have been working in the service industry for over 8 years and so far your SOP is the worse. Having to talk to the CS agents over the phone that barely can confirm/answer any of my questions, they always said "I have to escalate it to the ticketing team and let them respond to your email" and I have to deal with another team via email with a very slow response. Then I have to call CS again to follow up and be told the same thing "I have to escalate it to the ticketing team". Super inefficient, I hope you can improve this process in the future. Now my issue is still not fixed, I have no flight to go home nor the right solution from Traveloka. For sure not going to use Traveloka and delete the app soon. Thanks,

Made our booking via Traveloka and when we want to reschedule our trip. Called every other day and no action taken. No update till the trip was taken place and our discovery vouchers were wasted. Never ever use their services l. They dont even worth a star!

I make booking for a day tour via traveloka, in the progress of booking the tour, I was not informed in anywhere that the booking made in traveloka is ONLY a voucher that I need to redeem it. I would need to call the tour agent to make the reservation for the tour on my own 5 days before. how come Traveloka don't highlighted this at all in the page where ppl make the booking. only after the booking and the email sent then find out! what a squeaky way to do business and put up a false front and trick ppl.
