They are SCAMMERS!!!Do not dare to book with this website nor their app. Please do not try to go through, this is so hassle. It's the wrong flight that they published versus what has been published through the airlines website. I chose the 2PM flight from their website, and when I checked my confirmed booking through the airlines website it's a DIFFERENT FLIGHT TIME. They won't refund the full amount I have paid for, even if I just made and contacted their customer service in less than 6hrs from the time of booking. Its a NO BRAINER for a Supervisor named Ryan to say they will need to do "investigation" when clearly they can compare right away the booking that they have versus the confirmed booking through the airlines website using manage my trip. ITS CLEARLY A SCAM!!!!!! If there's a NO STAR, I'll choose no Star as my review rating.

Do not book on Traveloka. I was bitten badly. It will save you from many many troubles and headaches. as its a website created with retrictions for their benefit. Cancellation is a nightmare . ONLY 2 REASONS ARE ALLOWED: DEATH +, CRITICAL ILLNESS AND NATURAL DISASTER. IF YOUR TICKET IS NON REFUNDABLE DO NOT BUY CHUBB INSURANCE . I bought insurance stupidly ; TRAVELOKA IS A TRAP one should avoid.

NEVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM TRAVELOKA IF YOU STILL HAVE CHOICES. THE PRICE GAP IS NOT WORTH ALL THE HEADACHES! They're a scam and will never support you when there's troubles, even when the troubles are caused by them. You will never receive flight refund from them since the refund amount comes to you under Travel Credit Shells, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to claim these credits (they even add additional amount to the price of your new booking, while their app shows a much cheaper price, in order to have you paid more when claiming the credits!!) If you have issues with your hotel booking, Traveloka would not support you at all and let you deal with the hotel yourself. All that Traveloka do is taking the commission and running away, every time!

Stay away from this company. They have bad services. For example, if u book a flight with them, then later the airline cancels the flight. This company Traveloka will charge u a fee even it has nothing to do with you. Stay clear of this company everyone or else u will regret. Also, steer clear of Sunlight Air. This is another scammer airline. Do not flight with them. This airline is scammer.

Never use this website to buy anything. They will never refund or assist you if there is any dispute. Bought tickets through them and we paid for special seats selection. But a day before we check in for flight, they do not honored us the seats that we paid. Called them so many times, and was told on the day of departure that we have to seek help from airline and due to change of aircraft, the front seat with extra Legrooms where not given even though we paid. We Booked 4A and 4C and were given center seats and was spilt to different seats.. Called and email since August and finally replied after 3 months that we will not get any refund at all!! Do not ever use this Traveloka, else you will not get any help or burnt money and time. More they are charging higher than other booking website!! Get fooled by them and see the final taxes or charges when check out !! Going to report them to case!

Traveloka made a mistake on their listing, but it took too long to check (more than 72 hours despite me constantly prompting for updates) Finally, the update was given after the cancellation timeline, and they admitted that there was indeed ambiguity in the listing, yet refused to refund. It is the worst travel booking agency ever. Please avoid at all costs. Lousy customer service. The reviews on traveloka are all screened. So bad reviews will not be shown. yucks

That's all they do for the past 2 and a half months. They can't even get a manager on the phone nor give a definite answer,I am sure they enjoy holding peoples money ransom. I have spoken to the airlines and they have said they money has been refunded back to the company a while back unfortunately they still blame the airlines. However, due to an exceptional influx of refund requests being handled by the airlines, the processing time may exceed the anticipated duration of 90 days from the submission date. Our recent inquiry indicates that your refund request has been acknowledged by the airline and is currently under review. We kindly ask for your continued patience as we await the crediting of your refund to Traveloka. Once we receive any update or progress regarding this refund, we will contact you promptly. Response from today's call 5/11/2024 We are reaching out to you regarding the discussion we had over the phone today for your refund follow up under Booking ID:********** Concern/s Raised: --You called us to follow up on a refund, asked for timeframes, and at the end requested to speak with a supervisor or manager. Action Taken: --We sent a follow-up to our relevant team, and I am still looking for a supervisor or manager. Pending Items/Action: --Please expect a callback from one of our managers or supervisors. Kindly keep your lines open. Still they can't provide the necessary. Just give my money back you thieves. Won't be using your company again. Even the refund they are deducting 10 dollars as donation for their incompetence. I wonder how they are still in business

Couldn't get time changed for airport transfer, after many many attempts. Told me it was confirmed but when I arrived I had to wait an hour and a half, ruined the start of my holiday. Very stressful and all communication was going around in circles. Never again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELOKA!!! The staff are horrible who do not know what they are doing and are unwilling to help its customers. They instead lie about information in order to dismiss the customer quickly and render the customer confused and unable to resolve the issue with time wasted. We will definitely never book with Traveloka ever again! PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

It’s a terrible service. I booked a flight ticket with them. Ticket was issued but they said it’s not issued with the airline they asked me to change the ticket or refund. I agreed to change the ticket but it took more the. 3 days they weren’t able to give a a new ticket even though I kept calling but what I got was standard answer from the helpline. I had to take the refund which meant now I have to book a new ticket (not with them again) with much higher price compare to a week ago. Terrible customer service and they won’t care about your complaints or their responsibility at all. They will make you feel frustrated with the whole process then you will end up choose the most easy way for them which is refund to you and don’t care about the rest.

I have always been using traveloka services until been struck with awful experience due to their hotel booking system error. Booked 3 nights at a particular osaka hotel and when I went to checkin, the hotel couldn't find my booking at all. Insisted they don't have my reservation. Then they checked and found out my hotel booking was in their other branch hotel which is 400m away. After all the research of the hotels done, and you are stuck with hotel that you didn't book. Horrible experience and ended up check in at 11pm.

absolutely terrible. for unexpected medical reasons i wanted to change flights for my partner and i. THE ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS DONT WORK SO I SENT MESSAGES WITH DETAILED INFORMATION AND WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. there was ample time for them to transfer these flights, but they just made it impossible. their neglect is so palpable and disappointing as to be criminal.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not book with Traveloka. They will give you a certain price and once you have entered all your personal details the price will jump THREE TIMES higher. This is not just random: this is everytime no matter which flights you go for! We tired 4 different flights to prove this! It’s a waste of time and energy. STAY AWAY

Terrible experience with these people. Tried to upload eticket for flight and the system could not find it. Took an extended period to check in at the airport as my booking did not exist. Currently trying to make contact now prior to my flight this afternoon to book extra luggage on. Again there is zero customer service and the system says my booking does not exist. I tried to communicate via live chat also however no one responded.

Waspada, Awas dan Hati-hati. Uang Refund utk konsumen ditahan oleh pihak Traveloka lebih dari 100 hari setelah pihak maskapai telah mengembalikannya. Traveloka selalu memberi jawaban dengan alasan "kewenangan ada pada pihak maskapai" padahal pihak maskapai telah selesai mengembalikan uang Refund. Jadi semua pelanggan harus selalu berwaspada penuh jika berurusan dengan masalah Refund. Jangan asal percaya pada pihak ! Harus selalu berkoordinasi dengan pihak maskapai !

Sebelum ni memang selalu tempah traveloka.. Kali ni ade emergency nak mintak tukar tarikh dah 2 hari tak settle.Reply lambat..bad servis..mintak surat itu ini.. Memang menyusahkan tak boleh toleransi langsung.sampai mintak surat doktor semua la..call hotel, hotel cakap Just msg agent mintak tukar tarikh,msg traveloka cakap lain pulak.. Memang kecewa.. Sampai sekarang tak settle..

Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change. On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address. Overall I rate traveloka a zero. I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport. Thanks but no thanks never again

Worst travel company. I used their platform to book ticket for my trip. The ticket was forged. And I had to buy direct from agent. Never use this app.
