Sebelum ni memang selalu tempah traveloka.. Kali ni ade emergency nak mintak tukar tarikh dah 2 hari tak settle.Reply lambat..bad servis..mintak surat itu ini.. Memang menyusahkan tak boleh toleransi langsung.sampai mintak surat doktor semua la..call hotel, hotel cakap Just msg agent mintak tukar tarikh,msg traveloka cakap lain pulak.. Memang kecewa.. Sampai sekarang tak settle..

Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change. On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address. Overall I rate traveloka a zero. I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport. Thanks but no thanks never again

Worst travel company. I used their platform to book ticket for my trip. The ticket was forged. And I had to buy direct from agent. Never use this app.

I requested to cancel a booking but they did not grant the request. Reason is i double booked because I received the confirmation very late, 29minutes to be exact. Usually it takes just a few minutes to get an email that the booking is in process, but there was nothing. I thought the booking did not go through so I booked another flight on a different airline. Customer service did not grant my request to cancel the booking and give refund.

Deceptive pricing. Traveloka advertises lower prices than their competition to get customers to their site, the price then becomes "unavailable". No customer support, chat doesn't work, phone agents click the line before even saying hello, email response next day service.

If you need cancel ot reschedule, you will be big headache Terrible agency Misleading and it’s been 1 month now, my ticket still problem even more than 10 times call…..

Too bad that Traveloka is trying to mislead you when you source for air ticket. The price at that first show you was very cheap, and stated baggage included. However, before you check out and payment, an pop up window will inform, pricing updated, and now only you will see the real price, in which diff aloooooot Very disappointing trick !! too bad travelloka, an Online Travel agency that operate more than 10 years.

I booked a flight from bandung to singapore and the website has lead to a type in my name and traveloka say I need to cancel my flight and rebook while singapore airlines say they cannot help cos it is booked through a 3rd party. Our krisflyer information also went missing and not found in our SIA booking via them. Ridiculous system error yet nobody wants to help.

I booked a return flight through Traveloka and their website mislead me to believe I had free 20kg baggage allowance for BOTH flights. Their customer service was of no help, and now I have to pay an extra $100. I do not recommend Traveloka and I will never use their website again.

Do NOT use Traveloka! After I made online flight reservations on the Traveloka website, Traveloka emailed me stating my transaction was Canceled & Refunded. I went back online thinking it was a failed transaction & rebooked. Then I see that I now have 2 charges for the same flights & same people. Customer Service sounded nice on the phone (I called numerous times), but I always ended up with a follow-up email saying “sorry, nothing can be done.” It’s a scam! Book directly with airline. Worst company ever. Awful business practices.

I originally booked for July 9, 2024 time is 7:50 AM (Cebu to Manila) and then when I proceeded to pay for my ticket they issued me a ticket for July 9, 2024 time is 23:15. I was really shocked coz we will arrive in Manila around July 10, 1 AM. Where should we sleep? There's no early check in for our hotel that time. And the worst thing is I have a medical appointment on July 10, 9 AM. I tried to fix it by reaching out to their customer service and their agent said I need to wait for 24 hrs. Then I waited as per instructions. Passed 24 hrs, I message them again, but agent said I need to wait for more hours. And finally, the result came in that they cannot do anything about my flight. I am very devastated with what happened coz it is not even my fault at first place. Now I'm worried about our accommodation, I guess we will just sleep at the airport. Please don't book in TRAVELOKA, if you don't want to experience what happened to me.

Context: long time Traveloka user (since 2016), first time having to cancel a multi leg journey Singapore - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore - Hong Kong - Singapore Had a harrowing experience as I had to make changes and cancellations to my flights due to a family emergency which forced me to stay in Kuala Lumpur beyond my initial plans. I requested a reschedule the day of the incident (24 hours prior to flight) and didn’t receive any update until three hours later when I was notified that my reschedule request was rejected. Only managed to get around to a cancellation request the next day where the customer service requested I provide proof of my emergency (which I did and required me to spend more time in hospital administration) only to be told my cancellation is rejected as my cancellation timing did not meet airline policy despite traveloka taking a total of THREE HOURS to get back to my initial query On my next reservation (flying out of Singapore to Hong Kong) the customer service agents insisted that they could not do anything to change my flight, I had to call SQ directly to make my reservation change where the SQ agent told me the Traveloka side would have had full autonomy to make the changes. In contrast the SQ agent was very much on the ball and helped me with my issue almost immediately. As a loyal customer for many years, all I can say is I am disgusted by the lack of customer care shown by this company. No empathy was shown for customers in dire circumstances and I will never use their service again.

Terrible service and would never use again. We arranged a hotel transfer from the airport, our plane was delayed an hour and we arrived at Depansar airport and our taxi was no where to be seen. We got some help off another taxi operator who was waiting for his customers coming off the same flight who agreed to call them. The driver came to get us and when we were dropped off we were told we need to pay an additional 50000 rupiah for him waiting. When I refused due to the plane delay out of our control, he started swearing at us in front of the hotel staff. Would not recommend for anyone to use their airport transfer services. Disgusting welcome to Bali

Horrible expereince here with traveloka, very irresponsible, waste of time, and money. Attention all fellow travellers, I am facing horrible experience with the traveloka. I booked a ticket last year from Asia to Europe via traveloka, the Qatar airways. The airlines rescheudle significantly from 19th to 18 May. Requested refund, traveloka denied. A waste of time and energy. Called airline, let the returns tickets for a year. Started trying to get refund again in April this year, 2024. Traveloka website is not up to date, do not let the refund proceed. Airlines said refundale, in between several hours writing to them finally they said it is expired on 4th May, told me on 7th May 2024. It is more than 40, 000 THB. very irresponsbile and not providing basic necessary service like proper function webstie. So, be cautious using traveloka if the unexpected changes come they are horrible in terms of service and responsibilty. I am still following up on this issue, hopefully they will take necessary responsible action on this matter. (my family had been the biggest fun and long term customers for the decades. But not anymore!!!!)

Traveloka Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. The website and App is not functioning properly. Prices fluctuate super quick and the App have cheating system by keep showing the lower rate compared to other platform and after you reach to the payment stage, the price changes and will be higher than other platform. Honest review, I regret booking through Traveloka and customer service is very lousy and not trustworthy. I request a call back from the duty manager on shift however the call centre agent refuse to arrange and for 3 business days, I was informed the duty manager on shift is not available.

Inflexibility based on policy but happy to resell your non-refundable cancellation to someone else. So don’t cancel, and let the hotel know you’re not arriving so that can resell and make the money, instead of Expedia.com (who is the wholesaler)

Buyer Beware. !! Terrible, Make sure you check your carryon luggage is included in ticket! Booked and tried to add carry on luggage a whole day before flight. Told need 72 hours to make any change to ticket by Traveloka. Have to purchase luggage carry on now at the airport. Nowhere on the ticket states a time frame. Their website also useless, no ticket shows up although purchased. Then had to I call them. Staff polite but useless on phone. Not their fault. Would not use again.
