“Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change.
On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address.
Overall I rate traveloka a zero.
I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport.

If you book two flights within one itinerary and the change period for the first flight has elapsed, you cannot reschedule the other flight, which is not very logical. The customer service response time could also be quicker. I hope Traveloka can improve in these areas, as it has good products and price offerings.”
“I never thought i'd switch from airlines default apps to this one. its works well, offers plentyof payment options and provides easy payment with quick receipts sent to my email. you're doing great!”
“I requested to cancel a booking but they did not grant the request. Reason is i double booked because I received the confirmation very late, 29minutes to be exact. Usually it takes just a few minutes to get an email that the booking is in process, but there was nothing. I thought the booking did not go through so I booked another flight on a different airline. Customer service did not grant my request to cancel the booking and give refund.”
“Deceptive pricing. Traveloka advertises lower prices than their competition to get customers to their site, the price then becomes "unavailable". No customer support, chat doesn't work, phone agents click the line before even saying hello, email response next day service.”
“This is a very good app, easy to handle. I've used it many times to buy packages with flights and hotels, as well as to buy flight tickets only, and it works well. Online check-in via the app also has no issues. The only downside is that payments with foreign cards sometimes fail, which needs to be fixed.”
