“i was happy with the product, but a little angry that they are selling the same knob on etsy with free shipping! I had to pay 12 dollars in shipping two tiny knobs! I wrote to seller on etsy and did not receive a reply asking why they charge 0 shipping on etsy store and 12 dollars shipping on main store page.”

Hi and thanks for your review and sorry if you had an issue. We like most companies do sell on a range of other marketplaces and offers and deals do always naturally vary. Different platforms offer different incentives and there are at times special sales or deals, this is just the nature of the market. The shipping is included in the price on Etsy and for this the items are a little more expensive on Etsy..so it is really all swings and roundabouts. On our site we offer a fixed price shipping of USD 12.00 for any size order and free shipping on orders over USD 80.00 which is a great deal. As your order was smaller you didn't get the maximum advantage of this situation. . But at the end of the day the total you would have paid on Etsy (including shipping) would not have been dissimilar to the deal on the Trinca-Ferro site. It is always honestly a question of shopping around with e-commerce and comparing before purchase. Best Victoria Trinca-Ferro

“I originally had a problem with a long delay in delivery and, on top of that, a customs charge when the knobs eventually arrived as they were sent directly from China. However, I have to say that the customer service from Trinca Ferro was excellent as they diligently set about resolving my frustrations. I ended up returning the knobs as they weren’t what I imagined them to be. Trinca Ferro refunded the full amount plus the custom’s charges plus my return mailing costs. I give them top marks for looking after their customers. Their products are attractive and I have no hesitation on ordering from them in the future. I’m already looking for new knobs on their website.”

Thanks for your review and apologies for any issues you may of had. We ship all orders direcrly from our production facility and over the last month we have faced issues with Irish post codes not taking and packages getting stuck in the system or returning due to a local DHL software update blip. This has been our reality despite what your local DHL may have said. We are checking the overcharge with DHL and will cone back to you by email ti resolve this. All agate knobs are natural and the colours do vary, but we have not had previous issues on the colour of this model and please if you are not happy you can certainly return. “Item that arrived was not the same as picture or description. We ordered white porcelain knobs as per picture and description, we received off white knobs which do not what we wanted. When I emailed to let them know the order was incorrect I was told that the colour in the pictures does not always depict the true colour depending on your monitor set up! Hmmm but surely the description should match the colour. Total waste of money, very disappointing receiving incorrect product and please don't treat me like I am stupid! Get your descriptions right and admit when you have made a mistake. Needless to say I will not use again,”

Hi Victoria, Thanks for your message and sorry you sound so upset, we did offer for you to return the item if you were not satisfied with the colour. There is a real issue with ecommerce with minor colour differences due to monitors settings and I am sorry this has made you angry as this was never our intention and we have never had this issue with this product before. “Whilst initially I had an especially positive experience with Trinca Ferro in terms of their prompt delivery and the excellent selection of handles and knobs which were available, my experience has now unfortunately become a negative one as I simply cannot make contact with this company. Upon receiving my order approximately three weeks ago, I immediately realised I was going to have to return the door knobs as they did not match my kitchen as I had hoped. I attempted to contact the company by telephone next day to ask for guidance with regard to returning the order but there was no reply to the telephone number they had listed. Since this time I have made a number of attempts to both telephone and email the company but the telephone remains answered and there has been no response whatsoever to my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience and while I have never previously had cause to post a negative review online, I felt in this instance I had no choice as I simply do not think it is acceptable for a company to be so attentive and helpful to it's customers at the ordering stage but to then ignore them when it becomes necessary to process a return. This has therefore turned my initially positive experience of Trinca Ferro into an altogether negative one:-( If someone at Trinca Ferro is reading this, my Invoice ID is 100010263 so can you please get in touch!!!!”

Hi Martina, Thanks for your review and sorry you sound so upset, but all you need to do is simply email us normally if you have any issue. Our email handle is info@trinca-ferro.com and our office always returns quickly on any issue. I have just checked your email handle martina.1@btinternet.com and nothing has been received from you so far. It is very rare that we have any issues like communicated this by phone and as I have been travelling in India over these past few weeks sourcing new products I have not been able to pick up due to the time difference and bad reception.
