"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“TLDR: I ordered a t-shirt on 6th December 2018 and it didn’t arrive until 1st March 2019, that’s 85 days for delivery or 67 working days according to Triton’s opening times and Christmas break. I ordered a Trek-Segafredo t-shirt as a Christmas present for my nephew on 6th December 2018. It was showing in stock when I ordered it and I’d been told an expected delivery date of 10th - 14th December but when it hadn’t arrived by 21st December, I thought I’d chase it up. At this point I’m told that I should have received an email from their warehouse (which I hadn’t) explaining that they’re sold out but that new stock is due in on 31st December if I’d like to wait or I could cancel my order. Not a massive problem for me, I wasn’t seeing my nephew until after Christmas anyway, so I accepted their apology and waited for the new stock to arrive. Well, all of January came and went with no delivery from Triton and no correspondence from them either so I emailed them again on 30th January asking if there was any update. I was told that the t-shirt was on pre-order (even though the stock was apparently due a month earlier) and would be with them on 4th February, again I was told I could wait for the delivery or cancel my order if I wanted to. At this point I should have picked up on how keen they appeared to be for me to cancel my order but having waited this long I decided that I’d stick it out and told them that I’d wait but asked that since they were getting it on the 4th, would it be reasonable for me to expect it on the 5th or 6th of February. There was a tiny glimmer of decent customer service here and I was told that they’d put it on a next day delivery service at no extra cost to me. Well surprise surprise, the 5th and 6th of February came and went with no delivery from Triton. When it got to 27th February, I emailed them yet again to ask where my order, from what was now the previous year, had got to, especially as it was showing in stock on their website. I was told the following day that it would be in stock in the early part of the next week (w/c 4th March) and that it would be sent on a next day service for me. Having been told that they had no stock until the following week, imagine my sheer amazement when I got an email from their courier, DPD, informing me that they would be delivering my order on 1st March. Well, much to my surprise, DPD actually delivered it this morning. To be clear, the product is exactly as ordered, was well packaged and was competitively priced, but, and this is a really big but, I had to wait for 85 days from the point of order to when it actually arrived and I had to send 5 emails chasing my order. At no point did Triton voluntarily get in touch with me to keep me updated and the only apology I ever received was in their very first email despite the fact that every anticipated delivery date was incorrect (including when I finally got it). Now I’m sure everyone at Triton is actually a really nice person and I certainly have nothing against any individual there, but it really does seem like the company is poorly run, lies are told to hold customers off and they should really re-evaluate whether they are suited to selling products online.”

“I had a problem with the delivery of my order. The shipping company did some very strange things and my order got lost in another country. I kept contacting the customer service and after having the official news of the shipping company that my order was lost they shipped out a new order. Thank you and perhaps try working with another shipping company.”

“Impressed with very prompt delivery. Rather disappointed that the battery I'd ordered, which was already in its own plastic wrapper, was packed in a much larger jiffy bag which itself was inside a larger plastic 'envelope'. Excessively packaged. Would have been 5 stars with less packaging.”

“the only thing i did not like was when i phoned to ask about if i could pick up bike from you was told you had to assemble and check first and would not be able to pick up until following week, so i agreed to wait and have it posted only to receive it and find nothing had been put together.”
