"Okay i allready made a review an google so let me copy Paste it, because I\u2019m too lazy:\r\n\r\nSo I'm native french\/german so please excuse my grammar...\r\nI was on the search after a specific bike:\r\n\r\nGT Grade Carbon Carbon Expert 2020 \/Colour Jade\r\n\r\nso with the help of google i found triton cycle and they got pretty amazing price and deals, especially if you don't have to pay the VAT in the UK, which is with 20% pretty high compare to Swiss MwSt -> 7.7%.\r\n\r\nso i wanted to order the bike (check my printscreen) but I had 2 question about the right frame size and the VAT return. Unfortunately and like the other reviewer said before, they're not reachable on the phone and didnt answer my 2 mails... so i wasn't sure if its a scam or not and I didnt ordered the bike. and then i started to read the review and check about reddit, you know stuff you do, to be sure about a firm.\r\n\r\nafter a week or two, i decided \"fuck it\" i'll pay with the credit card and if i don't get the good, then mastercard will reimburse my purchase.\r\nbut then the bike i wanted GT Grade Carbon, wasn't anymore available and I was kind of piss of myself and mad because i didnt get any answer. After that i thought okay, so they're real and have a stock and the online shop is somehow connected to the stocks, so i dediced again to give it a try with the:\r\n\r\ncannondale topstone carbon 105 which is pretty similar from the spec and geometry i just like the frame more from the GT.\r\n\r\nso let me make the story short:\r\n\r\nI ordered the bike on 21. May and received it on 28. may see the print screen (Triton and TNT). -> thats just a week and I'm living in Switzerland and with the borders regulation with corona it's pretty fast! \r\n\r\nso what i want to tell is -> maybe the communication is bad but the service and price is GREAT! thanks guys i'm really happy with my purchase!\r\n\r\n i gove Triton cycle just 4 Star out of 5 because the lack of communication. with better communication i would have give them 5 Stars."

“Triton cycles have an excellent range of products and at a very reasonable price. The delivery was very quick and free, I had an exchange which was dealt with by an exceptional customer service member. I can't fault any of the process. If you are buying Botranger jerseys you may wish to go a size down for a good fit and 2 sizes down for a race fit, this is based on the Solstice range.”

“Purchased a kona bike. When it arrived the box was damaged and the bike hanging out the box. A had to wait another 7 full days for a replacement. I had to email them first for a response and had to follow up with more emails. Poor service, having to chase up a order on expensive bikes. This will be my only order with them.”

Hi there, We are very sorry that you encountered an issue with your bike on delivery and that you are unhappy with the subsequent service you received. All our bikes go through our workshop to be inspected and set up to ensure there is no damage when it leaves us. We also make sure there is sufficient packaging within and the box is in good condition. We do everything within our control to give the parcel the best chance possible in arriving in perfect condition. However the handling of the parcel by individuals is very much out of our control. The courier used is usually very good but unfortunately they have fallen short this time around, and for that I sincerely apologise. Unfortunately we did not have another bike available for a immediate replacement and we did inform you that, as the bikes come from Europe, there would be a slight delay. We saw to this issue as a priority and did all we could to get the replacement bike as quickly as possible. We're very sorry for any inconvenienced caused. Kind regards, Jamie - Triton Cycles.

“Initially fast and efficient service, when I received the bike , I assembled and started to ride. Noticed an issue and took it to a bike repair shop, they stated that the baring axle on the front tyre was faulty. This has subsequently caused some minor damage to the frame. I reported the fault and to my dismay they sent me a label for UPS to re-box and sent the tyre back. I had initially explained that this was my only mode of transport to and from work currently but they did not want to pick up and replace. I've been riding it one day!!! Do not expect them to give you good post-sales customer service. I have not received it.”

Hi Jean-Pascal, I'm very sorry you feel we have not provided you with a good post-sale service. All our bikes go through our workshop to be inspected and set up to ensure there is no damage when it leaves us. We also make sure there is sufficient packaging within and the box is in good condition. We do everything within our control to give the parcel the best chance possible in arriving in perfect condition. With the information you provided us about the fault, we concluded that we needed to have a closer inspection and therefore offered to have the wheel collected and returned to us free of charge. We've never had a faulty/broken axle on our bikes within the first few days of riding and as such, if there was an issue then the bike is definitely not safe to ride. In addition to this, if there is an issue then your bike may not be the only one affected and because of this we did not believe it was a good idea to send a replacement.
