“Ordered some mudguards and a light from Triton Cycles, after 3 days the items had not been dispatched so gave them a call and they told me they would be dispatched on the next working day and they will let me know via phone. They did let me know but the actual item was dispatched on that same day. Apart from having to chase them the items were well packaged and delivery was with DPD (which is better than Hermes!) so pretty pleased on the whole.”

“Around 10 days delivery, item as required for 2015 cardon disc synapse headset rings. Had to reuse the top section as the new bolt was a crown and not the same as my screw in type . Easy fit, back on the road !😀”

“Took over week more than expected to even be built by them order was on awaiting dispatch for close to a week took 8 days from it saying awaiting dispatch to even be ready for assembly once arived after few mins of riding crank was slipping and changing gears sounded awful i messaged them asking if somebody could talk me threw adjusting The gears 6 days no reply”

“Delivery was within specified time period which I think is an achievement given the situation. I bought two Frog bikes (78 and 62). Both very well built, beautiful bikes and extremely pleased.”
