“I've wanted to try fresh cacao for years and years, and thanks to Tropical Fruit Box, I finally did! I ordered a variety box, and nearly everything was perfectly ripe and ready to eat. There was one cacao pod (out of three) that was unripe, but I imagine it's tough to tell, given the looks of the fruit. I do wish the variety box included more options. There are lots of things in season that I'd love to try but don't want to order a full box. I think a variety box of small amounts of whatever is in season would be a great idea...”

“Our first order didn't arrive as expected; the cacao was moldy and everything was wet. I contacted their customer service and within a week, I had a perfectly delivered box at no additional cost. We will definitely recommend and continue purchasing from Tropical Fruit!”

“The first box I ordered of the season wasn't that great. Ordered a second box a few days later with a request and the fruits received were perfect. Literally just opened my door, brought the box in, ate almost half of the order and wrote this review. My favorite time of the year, guinep season! On my way to place another order.”

“Tropical Fruit box Definitely Delivered the Goods , on Quality Product and Service , Becca was very customer centric and was a Big help navigating through selections, The Mamoncillos ( Spanish Limes ) and Chirimoyas ( apple custard ) were Yummy and good portions , i will now be a regular customer ❤️🙏🏻👊🏻!!”

“I ordered Quenepas and got the order pretty fast. Unfortunately the Quenepas were picked too soon and were sour and almost no pulp. I emailed them to let them know and I was surprised how fast I got response. Customer service is fantastic! They said they’d make it right and they will replace my order. Hands down best customer service any customer could have. They will definitely get my recommendation to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much.”

“This is my second time ordering and it is absolutely delicious! My second order was delayed by FedEx making the fruit be rotted by the time I got it and even though they had nothing to do with that they sent me a replacement box in just a few days 🥹 I’ve ordered from other places and have had to throw away at least half due to poor quality or rot. With these guys I’ve only had to throw away a handful both times. Highly recommend these guys 🫶🏻”
