“Tropical Fruit Box is an excellent company with wonderful fruit. It always comes in beautiful condition and is delicious. Once, when FED EX took too long delivering it and it was spoiled (a rare occurrance), the company completely refunded my money and gave me a discount coupon for my next order. Excellent company with excellent customer service.”

“I am giving 5 stars, not for the product, but for the customer service. There was a problem so I reached out and it was handled within 24 hours! I was given the option of replacing product or full credit to use at a later date. I chose the credit. And I’m sincerely looking forward to trying this company again when the weather isn’t so warm with the hopes that the product will fare better in cooler temperatures.”

“Have used this company for mangos for my brother and yellow dragon fruit for my mother (most recently). The notifications are helpful and accurate, and the fruit comes in good condition and delicious. We have great results with this company and their products”

“I just want to say THANK YOU—both boxes arrived in good condition. The ice melted, but that’s to be expected. Since I was receiving the tracking notices, I was definitely waiting at my door like a child on Christmas for Santa to drop off my boxes. I am unable to leave a review at this time per Etsy, but as soon as the window opens up, I will definitely upload photos of the care you took in packing these, and how great they were, in terms of condition and deliciousness!”
