“My review is for the fruit and the exceptional customer service. The first box I had ordered for my mother as a surprise had been rotten - most likely due to the storms and humidity that week with delay in shipment hence the fruit became ripe to rotten very quickly. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent another box ASAP, no questions asked. This time when she received it all of the fruit were in amazing condition and ripe - she says they are delicious!! I really want to thank the company - they were so great about the whole situation. It was important for me to get her this particular unique gift as dragonfruit is known to be high in fiber and have a lower glycemic index - perfect for diabetics! She loves the gift and I know I’ll be purchasing more from Tropical Fruit Box again in the future. Thanks again!!”

“My order was well packed and arrived promptly. We totally enjoyed all of the fruit especially the spanish plums. The avocados and guavas were wrapped and protected in the box. The breadfruit however was not good but that was impossible to tell as you know until you cut it open. Luck of the draw, this one wasn’t the best. That said I’d definitely order another box of fruit. I’m pleased to have found tropical fruit box and to use their service.”

“I purchased the create your own box because being pregnant and having a craving for pink guava while living in the Midwest where it is non-existent in grocery stores sometimes calls for desperate measures, lol. I had a question about the amount of each fruit I’d be receiving and Alexandra was so quick to reply and accommodate my requests. There was a bit of a hiccup with the box being shipped but once I reached out, Alexandra once again saved the day in a timely manner and I received my (very fragrant!) box the next day. 10/10 customer service, I cannot recommend them enough! I can’t wait to enjoy my fruit!”

“So grateful I found Tropical fruit box! It's so hard to find some of these items at other stores. Tropical fruit box is fantastic! Super fast, good price, great quality. Definitely purchasing from Tropical fruit box for the foreseeable future.”

“I got first time all rotten mangoes and very sour.I called Tropical Fruit Box,I spoke to Alexadra.She was very professional and calm,she asked me to send the pictures of all rotten mangoes and said they will send replacement box for those and send me one extra box for Atkins Mangoes when they will arrive soon.And very next day they send me replacement box by next day delivery.This time all my mangoes are good looking,none of them was rotten or spoil.I really like their customer care.I really appreciate them for doing excellent job I gave them 10 out of 10. I recommend Tropical Mango Box to all my friends and family members. Thank you for doing excellent job...Keep it up.”

“My fruit arrived FRESH unlike the other competitor out there! Most were still unripe so it didn't spoil on it's route here. Shipping took 2 days. Would recommend them to my friends and family. Don't hesitate to place your order! It will be worth it.”

“In general I'm happy with the box. Receiving three mutant gigantic avocados at the same level of ripeness is not good because who can eat all that avocado at one? The canary melon was ripe when delivered and had to be eaten immediately which I did not expect. Otherwise everything was amazing and I would definitely order from here again.”

“I like the variety it offers and the convenience of ordering. I have only made one purchase so far, not a good experience as the dragon fruits arrived with damage, but I like to think that’s an accident, hope rare accident. I might order something again later.”
