I ordered a mug from Trouva on 17th April, nearly 4 weeks later I have not received anything. I initially inquired with the delivery company parcel 2 go who referred me back to Trouva. I have 'submitted' three 'requests' through the website to 'customer services' with a response promised in '12-24 hours' There is no phone number to call. I would like my mug or a refund.

Dreadful! Haven’t received my order. Trouva have taken my money, not supplied the item ordered, will not answer the phone or the five emails I have sent Customer Support.

I'm afraid my very first order with Trouva was messed up not once but three times, two and half weeks after ordering I still hadn't got my goods (the right item anyway!) and so in the end I cancelled and asked for a refund - still waiting for the refund. Some lovely products but order and delivery service useless, no good getting the stuff straightaway if they deliver the wrong product! Plenty of other sites that offer nice household goods and a decent service so I'll be going elsewhere in future.

Horrendous experience. The boutique owner used misleading photos of a more expensive product, as well as sending a grubby product. Took ages to respond when I queried this - I had to chase customer services multiple times. The boutique owner then lied about not being able to re-send the product to remedy the fact it was grubby! She was still selling the item (with the misleading photo unchanged, natch) so presumably if I’d placed another order she would have sent it out, but wasn’t prepared for me to return and exchange the poor quality item she sent.

Terrible service Been over 3 weeks since I placed a order for a watch Called the company on 3 occasions, never received the item and they keep telling me it’s on its way and there’s a problem with the address. The address is on the tracking and has been there since I placed my order. Yet I’ve received nothing. Was really looking forward to the watch. Ver y disappointed. Will be issuing a complaint and getting some compensation for having being messed about for 2 weeks and left without money promised a parcel with in 5 workinh days. But 3 weeks later still nothing.

I recently placed a purchase for 2 handcreams through Trouva. About five days after having placed my order, I was notified that the store only had 1 available. Though disappointed, I still proceeded with the order of the 1. Another 3 days later, I was notified that the handcream was broken during the packaging experience. It was an unfortunate first experience and I most likely won't shop through Trouva again.

I’m still waiting for a response on a print that came to me in framed, not as advertised. I even had to choose a colour for the frame but when the print arrived, it arrived not framed and damaged. I have email twice and I get a rep once that it’s in hand and nothing. I just want to send it back and get my money back. I’m now £65 out of pocket with a dmamaged print. I will never use you or reconvened you again.

Product I ordered as a gift arrived broken. Support quickly responded and promised to replace the item but it has now been 2 weeks and I am still yet to receive the returns label. Contacted support again and have not received any update in 10 days. Really poor customer service do not recommend using Trouva.

Unfortunately I will not be using this shop again. Have been waiting for a refund for ages was promised it in 3-5 days now having to chase for a second time as still not received!

Received a damaged item and an incorrect item, reported both and never heard anything from Trouva. Horrendous customer service, worst I’ve ever had, sent four emails and still had no reply, it’s been about 2-3 weeks since I purchased now, do not recommend.

Acknowledged order and a few weeks later refunded as didn’t have enough stock to supply. Frustrating. I got the same item on amazon with next day delivery, I like to support independent retailers but this doesn’t encourage future purchases

Ordered different items twice, took my money both times. Waited for the gifts arriving and received an email 2 weeks later telling me the items were unavailable and had to get a refund. If I had have known the item was available I wouldn’t have ordered and I wouldn’t have relied on it coming as a Christmas present.
