“It's so nice being able to shop independent, even with shops that aren't local to me. Plus, being able to save boutiques and look at brands across the site is incredibly helpful. One item I had saved sold out but I was able to find it in another shop, which is amazing! I did have an issue with an order that disappeared but their customer service was so on top of it, and incredibly helpful. Just what you want, really! I use Trouva pretty regularly now!”

“I received an order smashed to smithereens, but within a few days (impressive, especially round Christmas) I had my order replaced and excellent communication throughout this process to check that I had received my replacement and I was happy. Top customer service! I’d really recommend the website.”
