“I love being able to shop from beautiful independent boutiques with one (excellent) delivery price! The customer service for Trouva itself is also what you would expect from a smaller, high-end store: prompt, efficient and friendly. It's a brilliant site and one that I have recommended several times to people.”

“An excellent site that allowed me to buy things I had seen in small boutiques without having to face the traffic of the big city and putting aside the time and money for travel. Delivery was not the quickest but my items arrived in perfect condition and as displayed on the website itself. A perfect place to buy gifts for my sister which can be tricky!”

“Immediate acknowledgement of order from Trouva, item dispatched very quickly and received within days of order placement. Delighted with service received, fabulous range of goods available from the site - wonderful for browsing to buy gifts. At Christmas time it will be my first port of call for inspirational gifts for family and friends. There are so many unusual products available on the site and I have a long list of items I'd love to have in my home!”
