“You be the judge! 19 June 2019 - Trustpilot employee Rad Mitic, attempted to sell a trust pilot membership to my business called service today for the value of $4,200, Subsequently Service today rejected this offer. This was by way of email 27 August 2019 - A service today profile was created on trust pilot with a negative review. Name of the person who created the profile was Terrance Henderson who added the servicetoday.com.au domain name. This person is unknown 19 June 2020 - Doing a google search on the name ‘Service Today’ trust pilot was organically ranked at the top of the page with the Service today name, service today image, service today profile content. The name service today on top of Google had negative stars at the top of search with the review of Terrance Henderson. The whole world can see this when the name ‘service today is searched’ 29 June 2020 - Service Today cross checked their job system and call logs and were unable to locate a customer by the name of Terrance Henderson even with different combination searches. 15 July 2020 - The owner of Service Today reached out to the Trustpilot employee Rad Mitic on his mobile and told him about this matter, the owner asked Rad Mitic to remove the business profile because the profile has been fabricated and is defaming his business. Rad Mitic said this was out of his capacity and the way to fix this was to Flag by way of using the ‘Find Reviewer’ feature on the trust pilot portal, this will then allow the Reviewer Terrance Henderson 3 days to respond and provide more information about the job if any. Rad Mitic said if you do this and you can prove that Terrance Henderson is fake, You should then raise this case to trust pilot so they can remove your profile entirely. 24th of August 2020 - A service Today manager was instructed to follow the steps the employee Rad Mitic asked us to do to attempt to remove our profile subsequently the account needed to be ‘claimed’ by service today so the Reviewer Terrance Henderson can be flagged using the ‘Find Reviewer’ feature. Trust Pilot showed a message on the reviewer Terrance Henderson saying Unfortunately, Terrance Henderson did no respond to you Find Reviewer within the 3 day response period Legal letters have been sent to Trust pilot, but they will not remove profile”

“They will not address any fake reviews or ones from people that just want to troll. Their message is basically: we will not review malicious and slanderous reviews until you start paying for the service. Their phone sales rep basically said that if we paid then it would be handled. We're not doing it.”

“I agree totally with the last review. A TV shopping channel phoned me and asked if I would remove my negative review and when I refused as a paying customer of trustpilot they had all my reviews removed aven though I have sent the proof they asked for. They also ignore my emails asking if it is acceptable for a company to ask me to remove my review. I am definitely going to speak with trading standards and thec ombudsman because its a disgrace”

“Trustpilot has collusion with some of suppliers and any adverse review is removed by them by harassing a reviewer by asking them to provide all documents, invoices etc. Even after providing them they find some reason to remove. When asked about consistency of their process to ask for purchase proof etc for 'good/excellent' ratings they chose not to reply. I would rather not see review than looking at the dishonest reviews of Trustpilot”

“Quite simply cannot be trusted. When one of the worst cold calling mobile companies can get a 4.7 review you know there is something well wrong. This company is a paying customer so can flag and remove negative reviews while hundreds of suspect positive reviews stant.”

“Trustpilot works a little like mob insurance... their strong SEO performance and open platform allows anyone to leave reviews. So competitors use it for "negative PR". Trustpilot have no intention of fixing this as it allows them to sell their platform to potiental clients. The subtext is clear "we will not review malicious and slanderous reviews until you start paying for the service" or they encourage you drown-out the bogus reviews by encouraging geniune customers to start using their platform, rather than a platform you use that only asks genuine customers to provide reviews.”

“Trust Pilot (TP) are unethical. To explain, I had a series of skin peels at a skin clinic in London, which left me with dark pigmentation marks all over my face. I wrote a review about it, which trust pilot deleted. After doing some research about this clinic, I discovered that other people were also complaining about the same thing, but these bad reviews were being suppressed on the larger platforms. Tbh it's only a matter of time before TP goes away, because this practice of supporting bad businesses by deleting the bad reviews isn't going to end well.”

“I have tried to contact customer services at the email thames water have given and both times after putting in a great deal of detail it has come back NO REPLY. Does anyone know how you contact them other than facebook or twitter?”

“Contacted them thousand times, because whenever I posted a review after an hour they send me email our software has removed it. When I contact them back, they don't reply. They're handling their reviews & getting paid from big companies to show five stars because when I've posted one star review they removed it.”

“Deleted my genuine bad review. Strangely enough other people were leaving multiple positive reviews , Trustpilot cannot be trusted and can easily be manipulated by dodgy companies to look like a trustworthy company.”

“Persistently delete negative reviews (for their paid subscribers) so reviews are not representative. Same for their trust box widget which shows selected reviews so again totally useless if you want to see a representative sample of reviews. Why anybody would use this site I have no idea.”

“You can trust Trustpilot as I did to allow my review of Plenty OF Fish which Marcus has left and since then Billing has taken more money off my credit card which is using my credit card without my knowledge or authority which they won’t refund me saying my rebill was not on BUT my rebill was on so that’s why Plenty OF Fish has made Fraudulent purchase By Billing and when brought to their notice not once with Danielle but twice with Jennyfer they make their mistake confirmed it’s a felony so how do you like them Apples? So yes you can trust Trustpilot as they bring crime transparent and to the surface. What do you want to say now?”
