“I put a fair review about a company from Germany posing as a UK company and the length of time it took to get urgent parts (4 weeks) that were "in stock" and the money I lost from the delay. Received an email saying they didn't believe I had genuinely purchased from the company and my review would be removed.”

“They allow companies to buy their way into 5-star heaven, There is nothing at all to trust about Trustpilot. I stay away from them and look for real review sites like this one.”

“companies easly flag negative messages out and keep their fake ratings up, i contacted trustpilot about it because i experienced with some chinese unlocking site , funny part is they just look the other way and dont want harm the reputation of their paying member companies.”

“A company I reviewed was sued by the FTC for defrauding people out of $137 MILLION. Trust Pilot took my review down. You’d think they’d want their members to know if companies were sued for fraud. Nope.”

“Trustpilot is the worst thing to happen for small businesses. It makes no sense that a score is judged by a handful of people when your client list could be thousands. Trustpilot attracts the high majority of customers that have experienced an issue. The thousands of customers that have a good experience are not attracted to leave a good review. It does not reflect the true image of how well a small business can operate.”

“Absolutely dreadful service. If you’re a business, DO NOT sign up with Trustpilot. They lock you into long term contracts with deceptive sales tactics. Constantly changing up review collection methods to make it nearly impossible for some businesses to collect reviews.”

“They remove all negative reviews for BW Legal, a law firm which scams the elderly and takes them to court over parking tickets they've never heard of. They've removed HUNDREDS of reviews to make this companies reputation look better. Truly disgusting and very disappointing. Trust P, you should be ashamed.”

“As a business owner Trustpilot hold you to ransom and only care about getting businesses to pay an extortionate amount for a subscriptions. They openly don't care about fake bad reviews for businesses that do not pay.”

“I left my opinion Hermes UK, my review was deleted immediately, even though it didn't contain any incorrect words and had information about the service number which i bought, I contacted the trustpilot team of course with no answer. I checked reviews on trustpilot on other independent portals and they are very bad, That's why I don't recommend it!”

“Trustpilot create profiles for small business and throw up a load of bad reveries, then they contact said company and tell them they have to pay money to reply to those fake reviews. This is an EXTORTION RACKET and they must be STOPPED.”
