“Hi i wrote a msg on 25/10/20 re: order of airydtess delivery, update it arrived yest, d item received was made well but unfortunetly material was polyester n discription on ad was denium, will nt b ordering again as can go high street n buy correct items for pretty much same price, thanx for replying so quickly (airydress) bt no need as seen apolgies on other reviews n it seem standard reply to all, doesnt seem personal enough to individuals wiv grievevences”

“Trustpilot are paid by the companies you, the customer, review. If you write a bad, albeit accurate, review and the company object, it will be removed. Beware their hype they are only in it for the money.”

“Made a some reviews there before I discovered I was virtually unable to write bad reviews for certain sites in a reasonable way while good reviews where no problems. To me this means the reviews there cannot be trusted.”

“One of the prerequisites of finding investing platforms is not only the transparency but the users in general - and thus, the exclusivity - I have yet to reach out to the support who didn't reply within a few hours and get my issue solved. Prior to joining Cryptonest, I had such a bad taste in my dealings with Cryptocurrency from other mediums; this platform really changed the way I perceive investing in cryptocurrency mining and trading, and if anything, it gave me the confidence to speak with people that I otherwise would have assumed would've never responded - much less act like as an open book and offer a lending hand - you just don't get that anywhere else, not even close. If we have people with that investing drive during this recession and COVID-19 plague that has reduced cashflow for every business. Do well to check out CRYPTONEST.ORG”

“They have flagged GOLF HOLIDAYS DIRECT for misuse but have not removed clearly bogus reviews, they allow GHD to contest negative reviews, GDH ask for additional information that they already have, if you do not respond within 3 days they contest your review, Trustpilot is deceiving customers, many people have lost money, Trustpilot allows replies from GHD with are clearly untrue, my advice is to boycott any company using Trustpilot.”

“I have previously posted a poor review of kogan online.This company is absolutely appalling when trying to resolve a problem with my tv all im getting are excuses I have even spoken to the repairer myself who confirmed that the tv can't be repaired all I want my money back I urge people not to buy or have any dealings with this company”

“Trustpilot betrügt alle Kunden, indem echte Bewertungen gelöscht werden und nachweislich Falsche zugelassen werden. Zudem kann man überall Bewertungen bei Trustpilot kaufen. Die Firma verstößt gegen ihre eigenen Regeln und läßt Bewertungen zu, die diffamierent und verleumderisch sind - das ist auch gemäß §187 StGB strafbar. Das Unternehmen verweigert die Auskunft zu einer ladungsfähigen Anschrift des Geschäftsführers. Im Netz sind Hunderte weitere Beschwerden dieser Art zu finden - Finger weg von den Betrügern!”

“Trustpilot keep removing my reviews for Holland and Barrett even though I have an order number and reference to back up my review. Funnily enough Holland and Barrett are full of negative reviews elsewhere but on Trustpilot it appears they only allow positive reviews. I take it Holland and Barrett are paying them, therefore, Trustpilot in my opinion can't be trusted to show a true representation.”

“Im so disappointed with trustpilot, as they keep deleting my reviews for kadocapital.com bitcoin trader. These people are scamming people from the U.k and trustpilot has got their review on. Shocking was the person who have a this company a positive review gave a positive review to trustpilot, this page had negative reviews but another page for trust pilot has all positive reviews. I found another company who has two pages one with positive and one with negative. I have emailed trustpilot with all the proof that I am genuine and I have left so voice messages on answering phone . But no reply”

“Cannot be trusted to show representative selection of reviews. Look at their own site, find Plans & Pricing page. Now scorll to the end and see only four and five stars reviews showed. Negative reviews hidden from view... If they cannot be honest about opinion of their own system, why should any consumer trust them about reviews of anyone else?”

“They are not a "review" site but a completely dishonest advertising site. Make no mistake they are a pay for play review site where companies who pay can have any negative reviews removed unchallenged. Staff there routinely lie and harass honest reviewers in a very belligerent manner. They also attempt to harvest reviewers personal data for companies (who are more often scammers than real businesses) for further harassment or identity theft purposes. They're currently attacking me over a review I posted about an ID theft ring known as simplepractice which masquerades as a health care provider. Be aware that the whole operation itself is a scam and provides NO healthcare services of any kind.”

“i think TRUSTPILOT has a unique spread, fastbitcointrade(dot)com introduced me to the platform and they trade for me through TRUSTPILOT with their unique raw spread (ECN) i made so much profit. i will always recommend TRUSTPILOT. One negative for TRUSTPILOT is the absence of guaranteed stop-loss orders. Some brokers offer this feature for a fee, but this is not offered by TRUSTPILOT at all.”

“Unfair to block me to write any 1 star reviews. Honest reviews got removed by them ! They got the power to decide which kind of reviews can be pushed. So , can you continue to trust them ? my answer is NO. Feel really sad that this platform becomes unfair itself to customers who are honestly written their experiences with other companies /suppliers. Blocked my account /email address to log in to write and publish any honest reviews since i had wrote few 1 star reviews about our suppliers on their platform. Then i have to use my 2nd email address to write reviews, then Trustpilot has blocked my 2nd email address too ! oh, so now , i understood that 1 star reviews is no welcome on their platform ! if this platform only needs sweet words and only 3 to 5 stars reviews can be published , then be careful whether you can still trust on their ratings , as they had blocked and removed all my 1 star reviews on few companies/suppliers. basically, i guess most of the 1 star reviews from other customers had also been removed and hidden from their platform Trustpilot removes all/any negative reviews for any company that pays them, They work for Money ! I do feel had been discriminated by Trustpilot ! hope more review platforms can be there for people to review Trustpilot too ! otherwise they can continue discriminate customers who wrote 1 star reviews”
