“I have written a negative review about Racing breaks and asked to provide evidence that I was a real customer which I did . It was removed. My understanding is that businesses pay trustpilot hence they are in the driving seat. Maybe Martin Lewis or trading standards should get involved I suggest using Google as these are not removed”

“Everyone knows that Trustpilot removes any negative experiences or encounters with companies reviewed as they are paid to curate them - funny when the name says Trust in it, it is the last thing you should eg. easyJet airlines, absolutely the last airline to fly on and going bust (bottom of the pile including the people that work there, majority of them)”

“I’ve been trying and trying to publish a genuine bad review and every time it is removed claiming software removes fake reviews and evidence needed. Why are good reviews not treated in same way. Please can all reviews be down whether good or bad - thanks”

“Load of rubbish they only choose what they want on there, I left several reviews that the email me back after saying because you did not respond to them it’s classed as fake.. or maybe I just don’t want a debate and have time I said my onest opinion that should be it.. there’s also loads of fake good reviews and if you look at trust pilots reviews they delete all the nagar I’ve to look good there a bunch of jokers and the whole thing is a waste of time”

“To me, A bunch of shysters who filter out bad reviews. Every low star I have left has been removed by them. Example. toolstation- just bought 1 piece of 8mm studding, on inspection of thread I wish I hadn't! Removed, even toolstation baffled!”

“Just like all the others stated. Negative reviews are removed, unless you prove to them with a million documents your reason for being unsatisfied. Positive reviews are kept no matter what the proof is. Trustpilot should not be allowed to have "Trust" in their name. They are dishonest and bought off.”

“Disgraceful platform, forum to all people post lies, untruthful, unfactual experiences and then hide behind terms that they can’t review. Report them to the relevant Ombudsman authorities, this behaviour needs to stop as it’s damaging small business and costing them more money to obtain new customers.”

“No matter what they say, it is a totally dishonest website. Several of my reviews that were totally valid and legitimate were automatically removed by their so called software. When I provided them the evidence, they never came back. Shame on them!”

“Not Trustable. It is interesting, if You write a good review You don't have to prove anything for them (so companies can trick their customers to write good reviews, like winning or paying for their reviews), but when You write a bad review, You have to have evidence and You have to provide it also.”

“So far, we’ve only found your service to be a problem. You consistently remove valid customer reviews and leave the business with zero recourse. You don’t even have the decency to inform the customer that you’re removing their review so they have an opportunity to comment. We’ve reach out multiple times ans it’s become evident that you don’t care but literally advertise about your ethical “trustworthy” approach but in practice it seems to be quite the opposite. Long story short, BUYER BEWARE. TrustPilot has zero concern about your business, your customer, or how detrimental it’s practices are for both! When you seek their help you’re either ignored or sent a canned email explaining something that’s has no bearing on the situation. It seems no matter what you do you’re just keep in this loop with zero resolutions. I’ve given 1 star because zero wasn’t an option.”
