Scam of a site even when you provide details that you used a company and wasn't happy they still discard your comment, definitely getting paid off

Complaint about SPAM There is something strange about TrustPilot I posted a review about a company that was bombarding me with spam and would not act on my "unsubscribe" efforts nor my many email requesting the company to remove me from its mailing list. TrustPilot received a complaint from that company and suspended my Review pending receipt of evidence that I was a customer of that company. I provided the information..see below. TrustPilot kept sending me reminders which I always replied to (basically saying I sent you stuff, please acknowldge receipt, what else do you want, what is missing, etc) and eventually refused to post my negative review because, even though I submitted the acknowledgment of the order, the invoice, evidence of spam, my requests to stop and apologies form the company this was not good enough. Do not waste time using Trust Pilot as source of fair reviews. There is something strange going on there. It is as if they are being paid by companies to host positive reviews. Did you get them? You've posted anonymous reviews that we've stolen money , when we asked you to review this you have not provided any information about who these anonymous people are so we can only assume you allow anonymous defamation from people and have no verification procedure. You temporarily removed them but then re-instated them , our only option to is to respond with the same text to all reviews stating that TrustPilot have not provided any information about the reviewer and that TrustPilot allows this activity from occurring where reviews cannot be trusted. This information is being syndicated and quite honestly does not do your business / reviews portal any favours in terms of consumer confidence.

I placed a couple of reviews on trustpilot, one negative and 2 five star ratings over the period of about a year. The 5 star rating of a pizza I had was removed along with the 2 star rating of an insurance company who didn’t handle my claim very well. Why? I have no idea! Scam company

A complete scam, organised by internet vendors to manipulate their own ratings.

A bad review can easily being questioned by the company and they can ask for proof that you're a customer, I assume that no company had ever questioned a possitive review about them. This gives a distorted review score. Trustpilot is corrupt as hell anyways!!

Trust Pilot is without a doubt the biggest peace of s**t I've ever come across. I've lost count of the number of genuine reviews of myn that they have removed, probably 5 this year because "they can't establish the authenticity of the review" no reason, no explanation, no opportunity for my customer to argue back or appeal it. I've had people put reviews up which have been fine but then suddenly we get the same s**t. Yet when there's a problem & I need help with some who's posted a fake review they're nowhere to be seen, I've sent 20 emails for help over the last month & had nothing back from them, yet they continue to remove my genuine reviews. Absolute bunch of cowboys, feel sorry for the ones that pay for this absolute peace of s**t.

Trustpilot is a joke. It clearly supports scammers and fraudulent sellers of all kinds. If you write an honest, but bad review, it will be rejected on the grounds that it's "defamatory". There is no onus on sellers to prove their items are genuine - only onus on the purchaser to prove their case through "documentation" they request, that can't actually be provided. Any positive reviews on Trustpilot should be taken with a grain of salt, because chances are it's not a real review at all.

Why can I only mark one review as helpful?? I thought I was marking numerous reviews as 'helpful' but noticed that as I marked one as helpful the previous one I had marked lost my helpful vote! That's not very trustworthy of you Trustpilot??? Like loads of others before me i am absolutely not trusting this review site any more.

READ THE REVIEWS BELOW !! VERY ACCURATE!! Trustpilot will remove a bad review, even if true, because they are being paid by the SCAM sites that screw their clients!!

Trustpilot are paid by the companies you, the customer, review. If you write a bad, albeit accurate, review and the company object, it will be removed. Beware their hype they are only in it for the money.

Made a some reviews there before I discovered I was virtually unable to write bad reviews for certain sites in a reasonable way while good reviews where no problems. To me this means the reviews there cannot be trusted.

One of the prerequisites of finding investing platforms is not only the transparency but the users in general - and thus, the exclusivity - I have yet to reach out to the support who didn't reply within a few hours and get my issue solved. Prior to joining Cryptonest, I had such a bad taste in my dealings with Cryptocurrency from other mediums; this platform really changed the way I perceive investing in cryptocurrency mining and trading, and if anything, it gave me the confidence to speak with people that I otherwise would have assumed would've never responded - much less act like as an open book and offer a lending hand - you just don't get that anywhere else, not even close. If we have people with that investing drive during this recession and COVID-19 plague that has reduced cashflow for every business. Do well to check out CRYPTONEST.ORG

They have flagged GOLF HOLIDAYS DIRECT for misuse but have not removed clearly bogus reviews, they allow GHD to contest negative reviews, GDH ask for additional information that they already have, if you do not respond within 3 days they contest your review, Trustpilot is deceiving customers, many people have lost money, Trustpilot allows replies from GHD with are clearly untrue, my advice is to boycott any company using Trustpilot.

Trustpilot formula is unfair! We have so many great reviews and still, our rating is slipping. They keep rejecting our clients reviews even though they are legit!
