“Trust pilot are not to be trusted. They do not remove a company profile, and this opens flood gates for scams. They remove lots of negative feedback reviews for no good reason, and this leaves a misleading perception for the public to judge the integrity of a company. I prefer to trust other review sites.”

“Trust pilot can not be trusted at all. Not sure how they are even surviving with name. I posted a review for a company and the removed it without any valid reason. I sent a complaint to them too for this but no response. I think they want negative reviews to be posted more for the companies so they can blackmail them to sign up with them.”

“I put a 1* review in about Hermes, because my parcel was thrown over my fence into the garden. When I had a look at my review, once published, I noticed that there are a huge number of 5* one line reviews for Hermes! Looking further I found that most of them were supposedly submitted by 'newbies' with this being their first review. Suspicious or what?”

“I have just deleted all my reviews from Trustpilot. Good mix of bad and good. I realised after loggin in today, that basically any big companies reviews that are negative in anyway are flagged and removed. So a very unfair website and I refuse to contribute information that cleans reviews or removes them all together for bigger companies. Maybe it's a payment thing. Not sure. BUt I wont be checking there or leaving another review. So dissapointed.”

“Trustpilot are the least trustworthy review site. They should be closed down. What's the point having a forum where you can't right an honest review from your own experience only for it to be removed by the company as they believe it's fake. Awful and will not waste my energy placing reviews with them again. Should change their name to Waste of Space”

“I sent review links to clients and 4 were removed. I complained to trust pilot and I’ve been accused of faking my reviews. I sent them redacted texts from my clients confirming they wrote a review. I’m waiting to hear from them. I can’t believe I’ve been accused of fraud!”

“I started using Trustpilot a year ago for my business, in principle I like the service but they've gone a bit power crazy of late. I can no longer send a request to clients to leave a review (which could be good or bad). Now most recently they're software to detect fake reviews seems to have gone haywire. A couple of reviews went mussing a while back, I know they were both genuine and just assumed the clients had removed their account. Then this week two recent reviews both went at the same time which seemed odd so I contacted both clients who confirmed they had an email saying there review was flagged as suspicious - both were genuine. This is actually damaging as I have had other clients ask what had I done to cause the reviewers to remove their reviews. Obviously people are still free to use Trustpilot but I will be removing widgets from my website as its now having a negative effect which is a shame. I completely agree that we only want genuine reviews of course but the dial on there software is too aggressive.”

“Teletext are scumbags. They need closing down. Do not ever book a holiday with this scandalous company. I’m taking them to court to get my £3700 back from a holiday cancelled in May. I’m sick of being ignored by them. They Were quick enough to take thousands of customers monies and now they are trying to rip us all off. TT773442”

“Trustpilot? LIESpilot, more like. I submitted a scathing 1 star review on LIESpilot for a website offering proxy buying services known as "From Japan". It was a 100% legitimate and honest review, based on my personal experience. They are notorious for their disgustingly horrible customer service standards, blocking customer's accounts without any reason, and overcharging customers on shipping rates. Anyway, they falsely reported my review to LIESpilot. Without doing any investigation, they conveniently sided with From Japan and removed my review, because From Japan obviously pays them to do so. I tried to post my review several times, but each time it was removed by either of them. Please either completely disregard the reviews written for other companies on LIESpilot, or take the reviews on this site with an entire dead sea's worth of salt. Because any shady, unscrupulous and corrupt company on that site can conveniently pay LIESpilot to remove any negative reviews from customers, leaving only the positive ones. Kindly refer to the screenshots I have attached for evidence that LIESpilot took down my review on From Japan to censor my truth with their lies. Both companies are equally shady, unscrupulous, and in cahoots. PS: If you're looking for a proxy buying service for goods located in Japan, please avoid From Japan at all costs. You can read my full review for them (which was taken down by LIESpilot) on Google reviews, just search for: 株式会社 FROM JAPAN and you'll see it under Google reviews.”

“Trustpilot is a joke Tons of fake reviews that when I reported they still hang for weeks . Scammers leaving contact details No problem . Name and shame them and you review will be gone in matter of minute. Trustpilot isn't a good platform and reviews are largely fake”
