“It wouldn’t let me validate my reviews . Sorry but if trust pilot wants reviews it needs to listen to users not ban us for genuine complaint. I’d like to be validated but you aren’t accepting my passport pic because it’s dark. Why do you not ask what made us sad.”

“The worse site ever. They allow people to leave incorrect and fake information. When you challenge it they say it doesn’t breach their policy. And when you challenge them they completely ignore your point and instead and then ban you for flagging up reviews. Also they are having to breach IP rules but if you do it, you are banned.”

“I wrote a genuine review and yes it was negative but was the truth. I sent all proof to trustpilot and they ignored. I sent numerous chasers. Nada. Swell I went ahead and left a review on trustpilot for trustpilot in regards to this experience and guess what review didn’t even go live never mind about a removal. They do what they want and what works for them. They are not genuine company and probably get paid off to remove reviews. Why are they scared that someone reviews their own company. What to hide? And there are so many people with same complain. Dodgy”

“They will allowed damaging slanderous remarks of your business to escalate & not take down the defamatory statements in the reviews. I have proof that trust pilot is a fake and corrupt place. It works for businesses who pay them a lot of money bribes them because they seem to of removed reviews with the same statements for “defamation”. Yet when it came to my business they outright declined. WORST PLACE these reviews are fake and they allow them. I have attached below how it was ok for them to remove a review with the same wording for another business who happens to pay them. This was a test and they’ve proved they are corrupt.”

“This company is a shambles, I was running an African Oprhanage and relied on reviews to get new children into my huts. They review me as bad and now all I can have on my huts are orphaned rabbits which is not how I want to operate.”

“I put over 20 legit reviews that I either signed up for the company or site they had up in trust pilotand visited everyone of the sites putting my device security to the limit. After I was done going through the site I was in I would go back to trust pilot and tell my experiences and had screen shots which you can't post like other review sites, but had so much tracking and bloatware thrown at me and a few nasty malware viruses tried to be put on my device. But after writing my legit reviews and I never made anything up or of the wall, but SCAM PILOT took down my reviews and banned my account because they said in there email they have a security software that catches scam or spam and basically called me a liar and a bot. First off I'm not a liar and hate to be called one and the security software is BS because my advanced security always picked up phishing links, or dangerous links inside of trust virus. Also the site is letting spyware profiles or paid profiles that is so freaking fake and if you read some of the other reviews those fake reviewers have wrote they are all to the same companies and they don't make since to what the site is even about, but trust pilot will let those fake paid reviews in but take down the real peoples reviews. And I have screenshots of everything so don't take up for the crime ran CON YOU PILOT, because I found articles on how people pay review sites to take down bad reviews about them and trust pilot was on that list. So no trust pilot is a scam and will let criminals in before the real public.”

“I have only written about nine reviews for Trusted Pilot, but two of the reviews were removed. Both were given five stars and both were for national companies (One a gutter cleaning company and the other a furniture store) They were removed because they were not "authentic" according to T.P. It has led me to not trust Trusted Pilot reviews if they pick and chose which reviews are listed on their site.”

“Trust Pilot Reviews are set up in a way for Trust Pilot to earn money. They have very lose morals allows fraudulent negative reviews in a hope that companies sign up to their expensive plans. Many people I have spoke with have stated they no longer credit Trust Pilot as a creditable source.”

“https://uk.trustpilot.com/ I would not trust the reviews on this site. I did a review and the company challenged it - Trustpilot contacted me and asked me to 'prove' my review - which I did, providing emails and screen grabs of the issues. Trustpilot kept coming back with challenges and review was removed even though I provided all the evidence requested. Nearly every review was negative about the company yet Trustpilot chose to remove the review. Looked like Trustpilot will remove negative reviews if the company bullies them. Will not be looking at https://uk.trustpilot.com/ again as it is bogus review site in my opinion and would advise others not to trust it.”

“Joke! Weighted in favour of the very businesses we try to protect others from. i.e write a good review and no problem, slate bad service and write a bad review and it will inevitability be rejected if the business objects. You will be given 3 days to identify yourself and provide a reference from the business.. Which you can't do because you have closed your account due to bad service etc...”

“Avoid this company as if they were offering you a FREE decapitation. Start of the pandemic I wanted to reduce our mileage. Took 3 months of chasing trying to get it pushed through at the price they had confirmed. During this time I was made redundant from my job and because of this and due to their incompetence I did not now pass the finance checks so they could not offer me the lower offer agreed. I had a complete email thread trail so I passed on to the financial ombudsman to resolve. Over a year and half later of chasing, providing information I reached an unsatisfactory settlement. And just when i thought things couldn't get any worse a week or two after the lease had ended and the car was collected they have tried to charge me for a period of time when i did not have the car, and are currently threatening to forward my details to a credit agency. Only use this company if: 1.You enjoy banging your head against a brick wall. 2.Enjoy talking to yourself 3.Fancy getting rinsed out of some money for no apparent reason. 4.Enjoy being treated like you do not matter. 5.Want to get involved in long drawn out complaints process with the Financial Ombudsman. Can I give any positive feedback to the company? Of course....I am now with a different company and hope to never deal with this bunch of complete and utter con artists ever again. Use them at your own peril!”
