I posted an honest negative review about m247[.]com on TrustPilot... and the company flagged my review!!! The review was honest. The review told the truth. I told the company to follow up with me. But that was back in December. They didn't follow through. Typical of a company who supports scammers. I don't use m247. But their customers have been doing tons of XMLRPC WordPress attacks on my site, hosted with another company. They refused to follow up. So, I complained. But then today... ONE MONTH LATER, I woke up with an email from "Manuel at Trustpilot Compliance" saying that I MUST give them impossible to obtain information about me being a customer of m247. EXCUSE ME??? I saw on Trustpilot NUMEROUS one-star reviews about their tactics. But I am very well versed in security on WordPress sites like mine. And when a company says "We don't care," I stand up and make my voice heard. The American Way. But NO... "We don't comply with CDA 230. We are a Danish company." Well... you do have an office in New York City, Trustpilot, ergo, CDA 230 applies. I found out that Trustpilot supports bad actors and silences the people who out them. GDPR at its best... /s

Trustpilot UK is not a neutral site for people to leave reviews, they are biased and take down honest but negative reviews, one in particular is the reviews of learning people UK, each time a negative review is left three positive ones appear, each and every time., these appear just saying thanks for all the help or very helpful when I rang etc. I personally left an honest review which the next day was held back because Learning people said they did not recognise me, they know full well who I am. Learning people are now blocking reviews saying they are defamatory, So I ask what is a site for reviews really for if not leaving genuine reviews and if Trustpilot UK is not biased why take down reviews because a company does not like it, the whole point of reviews is to show/detail the experience had with a company.

They are a woke org who actively promote fake reviews and censor people like myself because we are a supporters of Israel.... call us racists for mentioning a person in another country yet they hate Israel and help fund BDS.... so the woke hypocrisy exposed there.. anyway I deleted my reviews and account with them.. they also charge I believe so they will be posting fake reviews to keep the money coming in...... my crime was daring to say that an ‘indian’ (that I spoke to) in a indian call center in India.... was derogatory to Indians? Yet like I say they hate Israel and are anti-Semitic.....

Good morning these guys from truspilot are some dirty people who take money from companies not to post their reviews and delete at least thousand deleted 3 accounts so I can no longer write to doctorunlock.net which is one and the same company with directunlocks with Appleiphoneunlock.uk and imeiphone.net and anyone will post badly they will delete your reviews but we should report or post nothing on truspilot so as to not take more money from google

This company will only publish positive comments. I had a horrible situation with Kidly and they refused to publish my review because they said it was derogatory and inflammatory. This is so biased. Customers should know the truth before buying items.

When trustpilot are paid by companies to publish reviews and if you leave a negative review it is no surprise they try to protect their paying customers by removing negative reviews. I have left reviews on trust pilot but after problems with my last review I did some investigations of my own and found you should not believe the ratings left on trust pilot and I like many others will never leave a review on trust pilot again the name implies you can trust them but believe me you can not!!!

Besides being a fake independent reviewer, they sold my email address and now I am being inundated with spam.

Seriously Trustpilot FIX YOUR SEO. I constantly see customers from the United States, United Kingdom and most of Europe leaving reviews for a business under the au.trustpilot.com URL - this tends to come up FIRST in search because of the au. at the start of the URL - NOTE TO CUSTOMERS .au is for AUSTRALIAN Consumers, if you are American, British or European please find your business under your local domain. This just makes Tustpilot even LESS trustworthy plus all the other stuff people here have commented. Why would I now go onto your site to look at reviews for an Australian business when almost 80% of the reviews are from consumers in other countries?! Granted yes I know most won't look at the URL and the .au subdomain but it's YOUR JOB Trust Pilot to tell them that they are about to comment on an AU business not UK or US. Pull your head in or shut the whole site down, joke.

I believe some reviews are truthful and reliable and some are not. I like to check them for a company but do not rely solely on the reviews.

I wrote a negative review regarding a poor quality product and bad service at Cotswold Co on TrustPilot and 48hrs later it was removed. Obviously they want to keep the businesses paying them money every month happy. No way to appeal or get reinstated. Pointless writing reviews or taking the site at face value.

I was looking at reviews for 1 site and I realized that Every Single review good or bad had an Email contact to someone else, same person every time But after I reported 2-3, trustpilot wouldn't let me report any more. Why is every single review for that site obviously Spam. And why wouldn't they want it reported? And how they not easily tell it was all spam when done so obviously?

I left a review of Great North Energy on Trust Pilot today, well actually I was updating a review I left in March 2019. At this point in time, 15th January 2020, noon UK time, that there are just three reviews for Great North Energy. They are all one star reviews. However, the "average" comes in at three stars. How is this possible?

My review is based on a real experience with them. I even provided a video proving the experience and yet it wasn't accepted. In Trustpilot you can't post any review if you didn't commit the purchase or order and be able to provide something proves that. So, in-case you ran into a scammy company and you were smart not to fall to them and tried to write a review expressing your experience and the company complained to Trustpilot about that then your review will be flagged and since you can't provide any order number then your review wont appear.

I actually think this a very balanced review site rather than Google that has no recourse for enhanced or fake and malicious reviews to be made. Let’s face it an unhappy customer is unhappy and their review may be enhanced to try and “punish” what they see as a transgression when really it just didn’t turn out the way the customer thought. Especially in business to business, we have several clients who just use sites to vent their frustrations and literally just use the sites to call us names and rant,,,,, this is not fair and business should have the right to be able to ask that the review is about the service and true as to what happened. Trust pilot let you let them arbitrate
