“Not much trust to find at "trust"-pilot! Post anything negative and it'll be removed.”

“Awful customer service. They asked for evidence to prove my review was legitimate. 3 weeks later still no response after evidence was submitted. No point in having a platform for reviews when you can’t voice a concern over a company. Don’t bother with them.”

“Used to put all my reviews on Trustpilot good and bad until I reviewed Halfords as I was so pleased with the service we received. Trustpilot refused to publish my review and wanted me to jump through hoops to prove my review with paperwork etc. I cancelled my account. So beware do not believe everything you read on that site.”

“We are not even a customer of trust pilot and they have allowed a person to leave a negative review of us even though they are not a customer of ours. I will see what i can do about this if anything judging by the negative reviews trust pilot themselves have got.”

“Trust Pilot looks to be corrupt. A bad review is taken down if a trader reports it. If you follow their protocol - they still ignore all evidence that proves the review to be genuine. Makes you wonder who is paying who. A fellow journalist has told me they are being investigated, so it will be interesting to see how long they survive. Do not believe the 5* reviews on this site and remember the 1* reviews have often been removed and so altering any scoring system.”

“When I wrote a review about the dis_service I received from Crystal Chauffeurs I then read THE BIGGEST LOAD OF BULLDERDASH I'VE EVER READ IN MY LIFE THIS COMPANY TRIED TO SUGGEST MYSELF AND MY 80 YEAR OLD HUSBAND WERE ON NARCOTICS WHEN WE GOT MARRIED! IM ACTUALLY IN TEARS OF LAUGHTER!”

“Trustpilot removed my 2 star review of TorFX stating that the said company, TorFX, had made a complaint that it was posted on the wrong page. Trustpilot has not contacted me regarding this and it was removed on the 14th January. I would have been open to discuss the ‘appropriate’ page if they had. I have emailed Trustpilot’s customer service over a week ago to question their decision but I have not received a reply. This has certainly caused me to doubt Trustpilot as a reputable review site and I will not be using them again.”

“Our trip to Dubai through the first group has been so amazing. We visited all their hotels and construction sites with the help and assistance of our amazing and professional Mr Ehab Raafat and we never had enough of it. If we have more money, we will invest more into hotels withThe First Group.”

“Trustpilot is a scam company they created our fake profile and when we asked them to remove they are not removing it and saying its public transparent reviews website. I have read an article on their own website which says we can contact them to have any of our content removed but when we did they are not listening to us. please avoid using their service they are scammers.”

“Trust pilot are forcing me to use alternative words to deviate from The truth I have already changed the wording twice and they want me to take out the word ‘misled’ I feel that if I take this word out it won’t stop the company dial a flight from misleading other people at the time of holiday purchases Trust pilot only care about the companies they make money from not the customers DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT!!”

“I placed 16 reviews on different web shops I purchased from, via TrustPilot. 11 of which were 4-5-star, and 5 were 1-2 star. I followed TrustPilot review policies precisely, not mentioning any personal or product details, or being offensive/rude. Out of 16 reviews, all reviews all 4+ reviews were published and none of 1-2 star reviews were published. After contacting TrustPilot, I was told there is a 2-week waiting period for bad reviews. It is now over 3 months, and no, none of my 1-star reviews made it onto their site.”

“Bought an item from smartteck-outlet on ebay #163671786546 they had 100% rating Was the wrong item so sent back at my cost it wasn't easy left a bad comment after speaking with e bay rep who said it would be ok. Guess what removed lied and blamed paypal So i go to trust pilot where smartteck-outlet have a not so good rating.(well up until now it seems) I leave my comments say never use again bad service etc Guess what removed Trustpilot got forwarded the emails and proof of purchases and sweary e mails from smartteck-outlet i have e mailed Trustpilot but no reply. Don't trust trustpilot Oh the irony”

“Atrocious bias and a lack of integrity. Trustpilot charges companies and businesses for its services and consequently isn't impartial from the outset. It allows fee payers to object to honest and deserved negative reviews and removes reviews that don't breach its own guidelines. There is no point from a consumer's perspective in Trustpilot existing.”

“I filled negative review for GearBest purchase and after 3 days (TrustPilot) they removed my review because Gearbest reported my review as FALSE. I've sent TrustPilot a copy of bank statement, prinscreent of the order from GearBest "Order" section and my review still remained Hidden. Money really does makes the world go round”

“This site removed my review keeps wanting contract information..on the company I placed the complaint on..I've explained 3 times now I didn't have one..I gave them all the information I had Your company is just as racist and you pick and choose to call persons making complaints liars”
