Have written to trustpilot twice about their constant taking down of bad reviews, giving a false impression of a companys star rating. Apart from the customary" received your email will be in touch in a couple of days" heard nothing, after a month, wrote again, weeks later still no answer. Absolute waste of time checking out a company with them.

I wrote some reviews for sevenseasworldwide.com , It got removed several times, they just simply said that I am the competitor company DDExpress of sevenseasworldwide.com, but actually I just a simple guest who suffered bad logistic service from sevenseasworldwide.com and lost more than 500 euro.

I have written several reveiws about nukeheads.com (being a ripoff).. the owner of said site has all negative reveiws take. Off of trustpilot...and then quite obviously leaves positive glowing reveiws. (More to feed his ego) to RIP newbies in the game, off. Trustpilot is as crooked as they come.

left a review about eDreams , It got pulled after 25 mins, they called my review wait for it... racist, discriminatory, accusatory, violent, coarse sexist and defamatory. Our freedom of speech is being taken away slowly and surely. All I did was criticize there company policy.. e.g. price gouging and lack of customer support. Its not a nice word. but it was an honest review. I guess there is no room on the internet for opinions anymore. oh and I'm convinced the company is in bed with the review site now. thanks trustpilot x. I guess I'm just a total scumbag now cos i didn't meet your guidelines.

The usual... Negative reviews being removed because "it was not a genuine experience" My experience was a failed return at Richer Sounds and of course I cannot provide documentation for a return process that was never processed so my extremely negative experience cannot be shared.. disgusting that Richer Sounds would be associated with these crooks, they used to have standards, clearly not anymore.

Don´t trust Trustpilot....

An absolute disgrace of a company that sides with companies and is paid to remove reviews. I've had multiple "verified" reviews removed its disgusting. A review i made over 300 days ago that was verified and i even have emails to Trustpilot of me showing them proof of purchasing from the company and it was set to "verified" 300 days later its somehow reported for "The reviewer has not had a genuine buying or service experience" and got removed, yeah thats right, companies evern after you prove everything and go through the long process to get a review verified can report it again which is stupid. The company reports your review for not purchasing from them > Trustpilot asks for proof > you provide it > Trustpilot now know you have in fact purchased from them > review reported for not having a buying experience > Trustpilot "send us proof of purchase" Like surely they're not this dumb?

I hope someone in the UK can provide me with something like BBB there. Yousician and I had a bad experience where I promptly let Trustpilot know they stole money from me after I had already cancelled my account. I just received an email saying Yousician is crying about it so Trustpilot removed the review. This is absolutely dishonest. I will no tolerate being censored due to a company withdrawing money from me after they had no permission to.

bad review allowed to be left which is untrue and we provide the evidence to prove this. After weeks of waiting there's nothing they can do, the review was a personal attack on myself from a exs new partner. So trustpiolt allows fraud and reviews that has nothing to do with my company. I then get a message from Genuine customer who says there review was removed because it was a volition. Even though is said we was a Good helpful company. I can't even remove my business from there stupid listing, I have advised of legal action.

TRUSTPILOT and TRIPADVISOR are the greatest scammers on the web, mostly reviews (70%) are only fakes and make for divert their interests onto the advertising partners by which they gain commissions. Mostly activities are NOT real used or visited by users....anyone could write wrong opinions or qualify something.....do not exist any type of control about faking or real reviews and when someone write a REAL fake, the two platforms if they have such interests with partners do not publish a review and they transform it in a positive opinion. I could list and document more than 600 different cases, when they wants

This is the 3rd time that Trust pilot has allowed factually incorrect and slanderous feedback to be made about our company. We have complained about this twice before, only to be told that there is nothing they can do about it, even if the customer has made it all up! It's criminal that they allow businesses to suffer from their platform and refuse to take any action to correct this and remove the false reviews, even when they are proven to be false!!!

You post a review on trustpilot regarding a company's bad service, the owner or employees of that company deny your allegations to show other people they are innocent and professionals. You reply with proof that their service is bad (by showing some elements sent you be email from the company) showing clearly there are lies and even intimidation when you post a negative review on them on trustpilot (they say for example "unable to refund the order because of a negative comment on an online platform"). Since you showed some proof on trustpilot as a reply to that company, the company decides to report the review as containing personal information (which was not true since i read the conditions on trustpilot regarding that, and there is no real names involved in my review, no credit card numbers or any phone number or addresses etc..). trustpilot didn't review my comment to unflag it, it kept it hidden from other reviews. The next day, i then changed my whole comment to just "Bad experience", but they still after 4 days kept it hidden saying it's under review. I emailed compliance@trustpilot.com to ask them why they are not reviewing my comment even when i changed my whole review to just 2 words, and guess what? no answer from them either! Clearly they are not monitoring anything, and the sellers have the final word.

Was a little dubious about the trustworthyness of TrustPilot after being directed to gasp in awe at a business energy/telecoms provider's amazing TrustPilot rating.... which contrasted greatly to their very poor rating on Google. My brief experiences with them suggested that Google's ratings were to be trusted and TrustPilot's were to be taken with several handfuls of salt. I had previously trusted TP's reviews but after this experience and reading some of these reviews I now understand the business model better and won't bother with TP's heavily filtered reviews.

Trustpilot is a scam, they charge businesses thousands of pounds a year for the privilege of allowing customer reviews on their website, that is why they protect "these paying businesses" and ensure that any honest feedback, that may be negative, removed in order to protect their own profits, how can anyone trust a review company that is structured in this way?
