A totally unreliably guide to the businesses they review! Every business can make errors but Trustpilot fail consistently to bother to make corrections. They continue to accept multiple bogus positive reviews of businesses (in the UK at least) for client companies known to to be perpetrating fraud.

We were asked by Trustpilot to use their direct invitation process for reviews, so that they would show as 'verified orders'. One of our customers reposted an existing review that was showing as unverified, and re-submitted it (of course deleting the old one). The new review was taken down by Trustpilot as they couldn't 'verify its authenticity'. Even though we used the Trustpilot process that guarantees authenticity! Amazingly, the old unverified review (while of course genuine) had been allowed to stand. If Trustpilot had been bothered to check, our client had already provided the very same review for us to post on OUR site as a testimonial. And we have OUR logo on HIS site, because we built and manage his blog! Another customer posted a review of us by the same method and saw that Trustpilot manipulated this to change his name and put his location in as 'Dusseldorf, UK'. Thankfully he took it down himself, as it actually looked like a bad spam bot had created it. Just the tip of the iceberg I think, but we have removed the Trustbox from our site, as we simply no longer trust THEM.

Scam companies who use Trustpilot simply report unfavourable replies so others can’t see them. I have alerted Trustpilot numerous times and heard nothing back. Meanwhile people are falling victim to the fraud of ‘NINO Apply’ and ‘National Insurance Numbers’. Trustpilot can not be trusted to protect customers

This is a pay for reviews site that cannot be trusted. If you post a bad review about a business or company that’s paying them then you can expect your review to be removed. The site itself is a joke!!!

The company either automatically or by partner requests removed two of my reviews for no given reason (just said "violated Trustpilot guidelines"). When I reviewed Trustpilot on their own site mentioning this, they replied to the review indicating I could submit information to the compliance team. But they never answered my emails where I asked questions or sent proof of being a customer. I think they are not trustworthy.

"Trustpilot" as simply as I can put it, can not be trusted! They are not independent, they are in bed with the corporation's.

Oh man, this company! I wrote a bad review of a parking site I used, documenting everything that the owner did with email logs and screenshots. They refused to publish the review, and then just stopped answering my emails. They aren't transparent in the slightest, and for sure are in bed with the companies they "review". Don't trust ANYTHING you read there.

This company is hand in hand with the companies. They don't post the negative reviews only positive ones. This company should be reported.

Trustpilot is very biased towards companies has many fake reviews and about any negative feedback you leave there will be deleted no matter if it's a valid reason

I wrote a review for an scam company (ecoparcel.eu) , I ordered a parcel 6 months ago and it never arrived and they didn’t even answer my Emails. In June 2019 this company didn’t have a good reputation on Trustpilot and suddenly in December they have 3.5 stars. I wrote a 1 star review on Trustpilot and they removed it. So obviously they (somehow by getting paid or...) don’t publish bad reviews.

This is a definitely a pay for review site that is allowing companies to pay to get good reviews. They do not reflect the customers sentiment at all. They're simply a distrustful site !!!!

These people are really really sick. I have real real orders in my website and they deleted all of it. They are deleting the reviews that they say verified. I have 0 reviews left and I will no longer use this website to ask reviews. Buying them? I am not stupid. I will tell everyone I know to get away from this stupid site for the rest of my life

Why is this Trustpilot service still in operation? Is there legislation applied for false reviews, deletion of true-negative reviews and customer manipulation? I have just discovered that one review reporting a poorly constructed product was removed.

Trust pilot only work to please the seller of any product no matter what they have done or not done. Until the seller is pleased with any review left about them then Trustpilot won’t let it post. Trustpilot is not reliable for this reason and hopefully will either change this seller love in policy or stop trading!

It’s a TRAP! - Think again before you sign up... Put your business on Trustpilot and you will soon find out that you are effectively signing your life away. There are few things in life that you can never reverse, but this is one of them. Once you are in you can never get out, it is 100% irreversible. Your page will remain on their site, whether you want it to or not, and whether you have a contract with them or not. So if you wish to pull out, you can, but the reviews remain, and can continue to be posted, just without your ability to reply or report. That is when the trap is sprung by Trustpilot. And just when you think it can’t get worse... Paying for their service does not leave you with any real control over your page. People can leave unfair reviews, and multiple reviews can be left for the same purchase. You will soon discover that the reviewer has far more power than the service provider, to a very unbalanced and unfair degree. Only choose Trustpilot if you want them to hold all the cards over your company!

I reviewed a scam company on trust pilot with 1.3 stars only because people can't put 0 stars. Every review is saying the same it's a scam you never recieve your goods. Trust pilot have taken down 98 percent of the reviews and the ones that are left all say the same thing. You would think if all reviews are saying it's a scam and customers are being defrauded they would take action against the company and stop them removing honest reviews.

Trustpilot don't accept the opinions of the elderly, if they need help on the internet. Ageist and ignorant. Don't trust trustpilot!
