Moin from teletext holidays was very supportive, got the best deal possible with exactly what I asked for! I would highly recommend Moin and can’t wait for my holiday!

I've read that trustpilot allow companies to delete negative reviews, allows companies to choose who they ask for reviews and is a ridiculously easy platform for companies to write their own reviews. No more readily is this representative than the reviews written for (and by) i to i TEFL (https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/i-to-i-tefl)

Very glad I found this here. Was doing research on a company called zibby which essentially gives you a chance to make payments on certain items online. Checked em out and on trustpilot they had almost a 5 star review, but their bbb was a completely different story. Then I looked up trustpilot and low and behold saw that companies pay them to remove bad ratings, over 60% of them...then I found this here that reviews trustpilot. Thanks guys, I agree with all of you here. The fact that trustpilot is allowed to operate out there to mislead people and delete ACTUAL reviews is rediculous. Horrible. They should be removed, but probably won't be🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😔

Trust pilot should be removed by the government as it is so untrustworthy. They remove reviews of 3 companies i do within minutes of posting yet when you look deeper you see all 3 PAY TRUST PILOT A MONTHLY FEE. Their customer services are the worst ive ever dealt with and when you provide proof they simple IGNORE YOU. DO NOT TRUST TRUST PILOT and def do not trust their reviews of twickets, vibe or EE as every negative i left gets removed within minutes

Sick of them removing reviews, I was scanned by a complete as were many others that I know but trust pilot remove the reviews and allow scammers to operate! Are you people for real? How can anyone send documents that they were never provided with? Err hello.. we were scammed and all you do is remove the reviews and allow others to fall victim to these scams!! This website is a complete waste of time! You obviously can't trust the reviews on this site when they pick and choose what to keep on display!

Staff of Caring for Care Ltd are writing their own 5 star reviews of their company - surely this is a conflict of interest?

I am sick of this company, they are only interested in taking money and not at dealing with the issue of fake reviews. I suspect they write the bad reviews to get companies to sign-up thinking they with solve the problem. Disgraceful, the last 21 reviews on my business are all fake and they are doing nothing about it.

Fake reviews all over that website. Plus, when I wrote my negative review about 360training company, Trustpilot suspended my account. So they post only positive 😂😂... Such a fake website.

trust pilot is bought and paid for by the business that it reviews. i reviewed a company and only stated within the review--the company failed to contact me after I asked questions regarding a non solicited inquiry from said company. trust pilot said the company complained and took down my review. so your telling me you only want positive reviews and any time a company squeals because they messed up and received a negative review you automatically remove it from the user. news flash, you keep removing reviews, then you'll only get less people reviewing. companies are following the consumer, not consumer's following the company... trustpilot: understand which side of the bread the butter is on!

I have used trust pilot to review businesses and for my own business and prefer it to other review sites. Good reviews good or bad are published and accessible to everyone.

A biased money making review site for business, where only positive made up reviews can be published with the very rare negative ones.. A very much business promoting tool NOT A GENUINE service REVIEW SITE.

Don’t take Trustpilot reviews at face value. Some of the glowing ‘five star’ ratings/reviews are submitted by company employees or their family/friends. Others are a form of online revenge describing events that never happened, which cannot be proven with a reviewer’s word against the employer(s) they had the issue with. If there is a problem, tell the member of staff directly so they have the opportunity to put matters right, or better still respond to the company’s invitation to submit a review. At least it’s more likely to be verifiable than an anonymous individual with multiple accounts trolling Trustpilot.

Trust pilot is providing fake bios reviews. Dont teust their reviews. I tried to give one star to teletext holidays. It wouldnt allow me, google account authentication failed on several occasions, then email authentication failed and finally Facebook authentication failed. They take money from companies and dont allow bad reviews to be put up. What a bunch of frauds, should be jailed.

Absolute joke!!! A negative review I left about Zest Beauty who had failed to refund many customers, and had also been found to be going into adminstration, yet Trust pilot felt it was justified to remove my negative comment, even though I never got my refund!!! What a complete joke and corrupted company!

Our company has been a Trust Pilot "Pro Plan" customer for roughly 5 years now. We originally decided to give them a shot for the supposed marketing benefit of standing out among our competition of having a star rating next to our business on google searches. So we paid their high fees and got started on a big office campaign to start collecting customer reviews (a slow process given the fact that we are a low volume service type business). Problem is, that only a few short months later google changed their algorithm making it essentially impossible for us to ever have enough reviews to meet the threshold of being able to display the stars next to our companies name (the whole point of going with these guys to begin with). Anyways, we did at least now have a bunch of good customer reviews, which was nice and for whatever reason kept deciding to do an annual renewal with them. Most likely out of being lazy and not wanting to deal with a change... Anyways, this morning I decided it was finally time to give the company a call to see if we were actually utilizing the high priced plan we have been on and potentially see if we could downgrade a bit to save some money by not paying for stuff we weren't using. And oh my goodness is their customer support bad (just look at their insanely low trustpilot rating lol). I have been at it all morning, literally hours of my time wasted and I have yet to talk to a single person who could help... and this is coming from a company who has paid these guys tens of thousands of dollars over the past few years and coming from the first time I have ever even attempted to call with a simple question about our renewal... Anyways, I have definitely decided to drop down to the free plan at this point. If I can only get ahold of somebody at this company to make that happen (I literally just googled to see if they were going out of business or something). Next step is to call our credit card company and ask that they reject payment to these guys... Definitely wish that I had seen some of this nonsense sooner and saved ourselves a bunch of money. Good luck!

Talk about a total scam. Why google has partnered with them makes no sense. They are pay to play. If you want your seller ratings to show up on your adwords campaign you have to pay trust pilot $500 a month.
