“Left a review on trust pilot thinking that they were a neutral source. I reviewed a fraudulent property trainer scamming a lot of people. The business owner reported the trust pilot review as fake so I sent in my proof of booking and trust pilot now say that my booking confirmation for one of his events is not proof that I'm a customer. Trust pilot clearly have some agenda of their own. Disappointed in their dishonest behaviour.”

“This company forcefully removed a con company get I wrote a bad review about. I specifically requested trust pilot to see my proof of purchases with the company I was reviewing but they took my review off line because the other company I suspect pays them. Trust pilot is NOT a reliable source for reviews”

“So TrustPilot only seem to be interested in supporting their paying corporate customers. Gone are the days of balanced reviews and even when you provide documentation of being a customer for who you have left a review for, they hate you leaving negative reviews for customers. The irony of this is not lost.”

“I review with honest and fair criticism my reviews have been removed because the company I'm reviewing has convently lost my account. I have proof of my last review which is in question for Vova. If you can to check these futher then I can provide you with at least once purchase. But convently I dont know how to. I will however keep up writing these reviews.”

“Fejksida! Betalar man inte Trustpilot så tar de bort alla bra omdömen och behåller de dåliga. Som egen företagare är detta ett extremt stort problem då Trustpilot ändå är ett forum många kollar på för att se vad folk tycker. Vanliga dödliga har ingen som helst koll på att Trustpilot är en "betalsida" där ju mer man betalar dom ju bättre betyg får man. De kör med maffiametoder och som sagt varför ska jag betala för att få en ärlig bild av omdömen?!?! Är så fly förbannad på detta!”

“A website (now called kissly.net) stole all my books. I wrote a review stating so and had it removed. I argued with trustpilot for months. They decided as I wasn't a paid customer of kissly I could not write a negative review. Why the $#*! would an author who's had their books stolen want to buy a book from them so they can write a review? Here's one of the responses; We appreciate you taking the time to review kisslibrary.com. However, kisslibrary.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience with them. Trustpilot allows anyone who's had a genuine buying or service experience to leave a review. Our User Guidelines state that consumers can write a review if they have purchased a product/service, have placed an order, or can otherwise document their use of the company's service. Your review indicates that you haven't made a purchase with kisslibrary.com or used their services. “I am not sure why did I get harassing emails by Trustpilot and by the company I complained about. I left the review with one star and explained what’s happened and the Trustpilot removes bad one star reviews and only leaves the fake one with five stars. Amazing, is it a corrupt website too? The companies basically pay to the Trustpilot to harass costumers who live a real reviews. That’s unbelievable!”

“They do NOT publish bad reviews, they don't allow basic words such as "misleading". Trustpilot is certainly operating in favour of they paid subscriptions and not in favour of consumers. Do not trust the TrustPilot reviews ever”

“$4200 a year MINIMUM fee to display your trustpilot score on your website... They have a "free plan", but literally the only thing you can do with it is advertise trustpilot on your website for free (I guess it is free advertising for them, that's why they call it "free"). The free plan doesn't let you display your rating, not even in the most minimal way. I.e. you get absolutely nothing of value with the free plan. Seriously trustpilot? $4200 a year for a link to your site and a rating display? A complete ripoff.”

“A dreadful company!!! Fake, fake, fake. They are clearly accepting money for reviews and also to remove negative reviews. They are allowing awful company's to maintain a good score. Such a shame as the concept is good and people do trust them. They need to take a look at their morals big time!!”

“Absolutely terrible company. Account manager ignores us constantly, they never want to help you and its impossible to be able to speak with anyone. It's shocking that they can behave like this when their site is being used to criticise others of the same thing. Do not use this company, its a complete scam!”

“I wrote a negative review of InstaDubaiVisa.com, which is a total scam. Yet, TrustPilot pulled the review. I wrote to TrustPilot and told them InstaDubaiVisa.com claims are simply unsupportable. My wife could not get a visa via InstaDubaiVisa.com yet hundreds of so-called satisfied customers from Africa and South Asia apparently have no difficulty at all? Of course, these glowing 5-star reviews are a complete fabrication. I asked TrustPilot to contrast the almost wholly negative feedback on TripAdvisor for InstaDubaiVisa.com with the abundance of 5-star reviews on Trustpilot. Trustpilot does little to weed out fake reviews and protect its subscribers from predatory companies like InstaDubaiVisa.com who are manipulating its site to act as a cheerleader for their fraudulent business. Moreover, when I asked TrustPilot whether it has any vested financial relationship with InstaDubaiVisa.com, or whether it gets any commissions from this company, they refused to respond. Go figure?”
