“Almost fell for fraud because of Trustpilot. A 5-star rated company is offering British radio ship licenses for foreigners. The British authorities told me this is not legit.”

“Wrote bad review about company and was informed that i provided false information and review will be taken down. Senjt all informations that company provided service but it was 'not enough evidence' after sending pages including invoice, recipt etc/ ALL positive feedbacks verified and negative not even one is”

“Trustpilot is a big scam. They don't except one or two star genuine reviews but only fake 5* reviews. Your reviews will be removed by the vendor. What is the point of writing only a good review ? This company is scandalous, this is not the 1st time they have removed but over the time again and again. Trustpilot cannot be trusted anymore....”

“My review is removed by Trustpilot, i did change it but they did not publish it. My review was nothing special but maybe trustpilot is not so "trust full" and a little scared? Or do they get payed by the reviewed company? I do not know but 1 star for TRUSTPILOT”

“I recently had an awful experience with a company called 247 Homerescue. Trustpilot ratings are excellent, but if I had been bothered to search further I would have realised how awful 247 Homerescue really were according to many genuine customers. What they are good at is getting bad reviews removed from Trustpilot. I complained directly to Trustpilot, but they really seemed to be pretty much in the pocket of the company I gave a bad review to (which is now not on the Trustpilot website). Sadly, I no longer trust Trustpilot in the slightest.”

“I and many others at war with a fake company. Goldman Express All sorts of evidence. Follow up scam emails, Fake company address, Fake phone numbers impossible to contact and they do not deliver any goods. TrustPilot is used by this company to perpetuate this fraud. Loads of obvious fake positive reviews. The company seems unable/incapable to discern the most obvious of scammers. Even when contacted they do not respond in a timely way. Therefore, in my opinion they are complicit in the fraud.”

“Allow a fake review to be placed on my business page BUT will not show me the documentation the reviewer had from me. He will have had a receipt and invoice but as he has never used my service he will not be able to produce these. However Trusypilot will not even give me this basic information”

“TrustPilot is malicious with their marketing calls and emails. Plus, I found many of their own reviews about their comapny to be fake. My work as easily recieved calls from more than 10 of their sales staff.”

“Yell.com reported my review. I contacted trustpilot via email they replied over 3 weeks later (yet my review was suspended within 1 week) I was asked to supply documentation however the complaint was about a phone call so only documentation i had was a screenshot of the calls they made to me. Apparently not good enough as they cant verify the call! Not giving me confidence that reviews by consumers are a priority and keeping the clients happy is top priority! Why bother reviewing!? I wont be in future, not with trust pilot anyway!”

“I was forced to go through trust pilot in order to review another company, dresslily, and they removed my review twice because I no longer have the order details and because I did not create am account through dresslily, my order number was not saved through their site, obviously, but I also no longer have the email. So because of this, I'm not genuine with my review. Their guidelines make it to where you can't put a negative review in on your own terms and it should be on customers terms since we are the ones spending our money. I'm disappointed in them and would not recommend them.”

“Trust Pilot cannot be trusted. I had legitimate customers who posted their reviews of my service. I'm only a small business so only just about get by. Despite having five star reviews they would only start me on a 3.5 rating which they reluctantly increased to 4 stars when i emailed to ask why? All reviews were by genuine customers who were delighted with the personal pet care service i had provided. They then removed two legitimate reviews hassling the customers who were prepared to show evidence but they never re loaded the reviews. When I raised concern they shut me down and removed all my reviews. Would never recommend them and will never write a review through them would not give even 1 star but cannot write a review on less. Most dissatisfied.”
