TRUST PILOT _ WHAT A JOKE !! DO NOT USE !! FACT !! I have a successful online store that averages 9.2 out of 10 for service - 5 years in this space , sell in Australia and on amazon USA - Actual verified reviews - No gifts , No coercion, Real reviews !! Trust pilot over charge - Under deliver - DO not tell you the truth - Do not reply to emails - What do they do well ? NOTHING !! I had an account manager who always chose to have a day off or it was a holiday when we had our monthly review - Ive spoken to her Twice in 10 months ? She was actually a nice girl who was overworked - I hear she has gone - but who would know I havent heard from her in 6 months !! They lied about the contract I had agreed to - I flew to Melbourne to confront them over my credit card being charged extra - Chased them for answers for a month - had my lawyer involved - they made a comment 4 weeks later ?? They replied - You signed the contract !! Never stated the full facts - Even when there salesman who has now left , stated that he had sold me something different to what was in the contract .. Lesson learnt - read everything !! How Ironic - They are claiming to be the premium review site worldwide and they average 1 star :) How funny !! My advice Use Trust Spot !!!

Removal of valid reviews... What is their purpose?

Gotten mails from people trying to bribe us in order NOT to publish a bad review, while they never even ordered with us. One even did (on several platforms) as we never give in. This is just insane!

I very rarely give a poor review, but on the one occasion I had to do so it was removed by Trust Pilot even though I had provided concrete evidence to prove the poor service I had received, it would appear that companies pay Trust Pilot considerable sums of money to use Trust Pilot as a marketing platform, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a low Trust Pilot score.

Whatever you do, particularly if you are a small or medium-sized, business, STEER CLEAR OF USING Trustpilot. After persistent phone calls, I received from one of their salesmen over a three month period and over 6 emails encouraging me to sign up with links to start a subscription, I finally did sign up. However, within just a week after signing up I realised the service was completely redundant for our company as you require a developer or several developers to really make the most out of the integration or indeed integrated with it entirely. As such, we have not used Trustpilot once in the last three months and I've kindly explained the circumstances to a lady working there, and requested that we terminate our contract early since we were sold a package on a false promise and we would settle any outstanding invoices. I spoke to a graphic design agency and they quoted me £1,500 to complete the integration of Trustpilot, which would require 10 hours of work by their developer. This cost is in addition to the £2,000 I would have to pay to Trustpilot. In effect, this service would cost me double to fully use. I'm incredibly disappointed by their uncompromising position and they've gone on to offer me 'on-boarding' which is what comes as part of the package anyway so I've felt that they have not taken me seriously one bit and just tried to fob me off with what I should be getting anyway! Again, it's their manipulative tricks at play. I would encourage anyone thinking about using Trustpilot to look elsewhere. I had a conversation with another company called YOTPO, a review site and they were open about the requirements for setting up in comparison to this dishonest and misleading company. Do not use Trustpilot as much as it may they claim to be driven by consumers and 'transparency' it is so ironic how they cannot even sort out a situation like this for a small business like ours. I have every intention to fight this through legal means as we will not be bullied into submission by this large and inconsiderate company into remaining into a contract without being clearly explained the technical implications of signing up. PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM TRUSTPILOT.

Trustpilot isn't so independent as it claims to be, because it takes down reviews, if you don't praise the company or site. You can use trustpilot for 1) Destroying reputation of a company or site, which are honest and cares about customers. 2) Covering up a shady business practice and we don't care about customers attitude in bad company and site. 3) To hide all complaints about rampant cyberbullying on a specific sites. 4) Paying them to keep your review These idiots at Trustpilot thinks that negative review is a fake only because 3 people, for example, are complaining about staff's refusal to do something about bullying on few sites. Obviously the thought that something could be wrong on those sites is something, which is impossible for trustpilot moron's to comprehend. Even if you provide obvious evidence these morons still refuse to admit that your review is genuine. And it's ridiculous how their review score on their own website is 4 while in other review sites it's 2 at best. This literally indicates, who is writing on trustpilot good reviews about them. Their own employees and/or people they have bribed. Another funny fact is that shortly after one negative review is written on Trustpilot about them a bunch of positive reviews are appearing in the same time with 2 hour difference at best, sometimes even after 5 minutes appears, at least 2 positive reviews. I think this is enough to say that trustpilot is a liepilot.

The problem is that with trustpilot it is entirely down to the client to prove towards them that any (negative) experience is authentic. This, however, is sometimes not possible because the transaction was interupted before it was completed making it difficult to prove a record trail. I had many (about 10) cases where my negative reviews were queried every single time and suspended until I proved my case!! In most instances I was able to provide a trail but not always... In those cases my review simply stayed suspended. I do not consider this a fair approach and it's very client unfriendly. I had cases (eg with Kiwi.com, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, etc) where my reviews were suspended every single time because it's a simple sport for the service provider to query any unfavourable review BY DEFAULT and claiming that it "violates trustpilot rules". Of course, I tried to take this up with the compliance team but they hide behind their guidelines. It's worth to remember that companies with 1-STAR REVIEWS most likely have a SIGNIFICANT number more which are not live as they got censored by trustpilot due to lack of "evidence" as did mine....

a shambles of a website, horrible customer service, fools that do not investigate reviews when they breech their own policies. they resort ultimately to banning you from reporting fraudulent reviews. i even received a pop up here that trustpilot staff are leaving fraudulent reviews on this website.

Purchased toilet seat, basin mixer tap & basin pop up waste from Victoriaplumb. Com, toilet seat very flimsy won't last very long I don't think, basin mono tap needs turning for ever before water comes out & turns off, finally pop up waste had wrong back nut which would not tighten up had to use nut off my old waste, so to sum up I certainly would not recommend or use them again.

The absolute worst 'review' site on the planet....in reality a fraudulent self-serving ruse for companies to shamelessly self-promote and curious to learn they take a fee from numerous companies too - so a clear conflict of interest. Any review that says ANYTHING the company in question doesn't like or 'finds offensive' - totally disregarding what the customers actual experience was of couse! - Trustpilot happily removes for them....they have no official complaints process, and their staff know it.....indeed, unsurprisingly their staff are total rude swine who hang up your phone calls (twice; Sophie from the Sales team); refuse to log a complaint on your behalf (twice; Adi - in customer success); management promises to call back to resolve issues and then don't (Glenn from the sales team); head of their compliance team (Ada) is an extremist leftist/feminist who thinks sexism against men doesn't exist and who evidently doesn't believe in any freedom of speech, but does in mass censorship. Perhaps they should move their business to Turkey or Russia? Most concerningly of all, I have evidence they have misused my data and illegally passed it on to third parties - something the incoming GDPR regulations will have a field day with - and something I have had to write to the CEO in regards to - in the total absence of any legitimate complaints procedure. Appalling.

Very disappointed wrote an honest article about a company that I have had dealing with , nothing profane or derogatory just the truth . Trustpilot then removed my review and emailed me telling me it didn't comply with Ts & Cs and would not be put back till I amended it ! So there you have it , say what you like on TrustPilot as long as there agree with it

Signed up for an account for my business that has been around for 15 years. We have excellent reviews elsewhere and our reputation in our industry is second to none. Once on trust pilot we received 1 x 5 Star review and then a competitor gave us a 1 star review. We went through trust pilots support centre and high lighted 3 x different infringements about this 1 star review so it could be removed and trust pilot refuse to do anything or even take my phone calls. MY ADVICE TO ANY BUSINESS: DON'T SIGN UP FOR TRUST PILOT AND DON'T ALLOW ANYONE TO REVIEW YOU!

Trust Pilot is not to be trusted. They will take a company being poorly reviewed who flags or requests to remove a review off and delete it. which its says on their profile they they dont remove reviews as long as its within the guidelines ect. Well I wrote a review on myfreecams which is a complete scam manipulation con site and wrote the honest truth what happened to me and outed mfc for what they are trying to pull on their site and trust pilot deleted my review for no reason and on top of that when i contacted trust pilot they never responded. If you write a bad review..the truth about a company and that company decides it will flag it so the truth doesnt come out trust pilot shouldnt take the review down especially if the company itself is requesting removal..duh of course the company doesnt want bad reviews. Trust pilot makes some kind of money off of some of these businesses and takes down bad reviews by request. They took mine down with no explanation. They support scam sites for money and also gets your information and sells it. how do you think free sites like trust pilot are up? they are not working for free its no different than facebook ect they make money of getting paid to delete bad reviews by the company who being reviewed request and by collecting anyones information who signs up on it and selling it. Sell it to all the public record sites that expose your information. Never put your real info in any of it and use a library when signing up for anything. Trust pilot is one of them and I wouldnt have ever found out if they had not taken down my review for no reason. tWhat it says on the site is a lie and the name is a joke. Dont sign up for trust pilot avoid the site dont support their little scam find another way to report a company this site is deceiving.

Many people were scammed by company Lux Style who would send you the products claiming that you ordered from them and demanding to pay, threatening court, ...After tens of reviews about this scam, all the reviews were taken down, as people who left the reviews could not provide order number. How could we provide the order number when there was no order. Thanks to this removals by TrustPilot, who knows how many people got seriously scammed.

Very biased ratings. Gave a company one star and was asked for evidence of a booking. Provided booking confirmation but still my review was removed as it fell outside guidelines.
