“Truworths N1city is the worst store ever!!! I walked in on Saturday (month end) the gal at the counter saw me coming to the desk, and walked away, I was not greeted by anyone , and I stood at the counter waiting for help. Fudge man , that people needs some serious training in how to deal with customers. There is just one young man who is super friendly and super fast on the register as well, pity I did not get his name, but he was not in the store at the time. N1city branch SUCK”

“Please stop harassing your customers with non stop calls, no one is running away from their bills especially if you skip an installment, they will call you non stop with different numbers leaving you voicemails daily. I'm really disappointed in your service as a big international store you should know better. Try to call non stop if a customer skipped maybe 2 or 3 payments.”
“If there was a less than zero stars i would give it. The way they do things with online order is just wrong, i ordered two items after 2 weeks, they delivered one but the and the other item they indicate to me that i must call the courier company after i had received a message that it will be delivered soon, i needed the particular item for an event and the event passed before i could receive the item. the courier company they use is the worst, they took 5 days to deliver the item. I am so disappointed with their service no matter what i will never order form them again”
“Terrible quality and terrible customer service
If I could rate less than 1 I would. Bought shoes from Truworths Greenacres, tried it on at home once and it felt uncomfortable. Took it right off and put it back in the box. Upon wanting to return them I get told the shoes can't be returned because there is a mark on one of the shoes. From trying it on once.. Says a lot about the quality of your shoes. Won't be purchasing anything from them again, and wouldn't recommend people waste their money there either.”
“To everyone who shops online I would not advise you to do so with Truworths,I have purchased an item and gave my wife all the necessary documents to collect at Uzzi Festival Mall to my surprise they refused to give her my parcel cause they say rules have changed funny enough it was previously done I would send her to collect on my behave.They seem to be a trend with this kind of service at Festival Mall and the staff felt that they can't ever speak to me over the phone or take my call as well.The number listed for the store does not exist I'm really shocked with this kind of service from such a big company”

At wonder park they said sorry cant help they took the item and said they will send it to online store. I emailed again because no one called me like the people from truworths wonder park said they would. The online store now refused to help me.”
