“My Only suggestion would be to improve or shorten the time between when a tenant pays rent and when the funds are deposited into our (the landlord) account.”

“TurboTenant makes my life easier as a landlord/owner - the fact that I can pre-screen before I show makes showings so much easier. I have 1 property that is income restricted and I can find out prior to showing if they qualify and if they don't nobody's time is wasted. Also if they are unwilling to fill out pre-screener - they aren't going to be good tenants.”

“I have used turbo Tenant software since 2020 . It is user friendly and makes it relatively effortless to use. But in the event you do have a question simply email, chat or call customer service. Their quick and thorough response time will make you wonder how you ever made it without Turbo Tenant”
