“I'm listing my fourth home on TurboTenant, and I'm sure I'll find another great tenant. Everyone who has rented off your website has been a very good renter. I won't ever use anyone else but TurboTenant. I love that I can preview some pertinent facts before I communicate with them, and that I can ignore others that I don't feel will be a good choice. Hi there, Sheila, We apologize for any frustrations you've experienced while using our rent payment system. With a bank-to-bank transfer (ACH), it takes 3-5 days for a payment to be successfully debited from the renter’s account, and an additional 2 days for the funds to be deposited into your bank account. This means from the time of payment to the time of deposit you're looking at 5-7 business days. This is the standard timeline for all ACH payments in accordance with financial institutions and network policies. ACH transfers through TurboTenant are completely free for you and your renters.
