“I began using turbotenant a few years ago only to advertise my rental properties. They have surely advanced in their services where I used to do many rental tasks using many applications. Now I only use one turbotenant, accounting QB and zInspectors. My job as a small landlord has become much easier and more efficient! Keep up the growing work turbotenant!”

“Turbotenant has all the features you need for property management from collecting rents, accepting applications (credit report & background checks), document signing and maintenance requests. The tech service has been able to resolve a few errors that I encountered within 1-2 days. For payments it can take 5-7 business days to receive your money which can hurt your cash flow if you have bills due in the first 15 days of the month. They offer faster payments for a fee and reminders are sent 5 days before rent is due. Tenants have to pay a fee for credit card payments. One note is that even though you receive an email showing a payment was made that doesn't guaranty you will get the payment, which can be declined if the tenant does not have sufficient cash in their bank. I have not used the expense tracking feature, but now that the tax deadline is approaching I see how it could be a useful feature. One area of improvement with the maintenance requests is the messaging is indirect- I get an email with the subject, but I have to log on to see additional details & reply, which wouldn't be difficult to include in an email. I had to ask someone to figure out how to log out the first time, so I appreciate logout buttons in the top right corner of a website- not buried in a menu somewhere.”

“This service is great. It's easy to get started as a landlord and easy to use. I like the ability to read text/emailing with the prospective tenants in the app. The report come back extremely fast. Which leads me to the only concern I have. Am I getting the most correct data (work/past residence history and complete nationwide criminal check)? The credit check is great. I would prefer to wait a little bit (1-2 days) and make sure I have the most accurate data. Customer support is great as well - I have had to contact them twice and got the issue resolved quickly! Both times it was my mistake of entering the wrong email address - Ha. Overall - I love this app and service (I would give a 5.0 if I knew how they verify the data).”

“Turbo tenant makes screening tenants so much easier! The tools available are so helpful. We have weeded out potential troublesome tenants and been able to select from the best candidates, because of the reports and landlord information available through Turbo Tenant! The payment feature makes it easy for tenants to pay and for landlords to receive payments, it also makes it so simple to keep track of lease ends, past due payments, everything! I wouldn't rent without it!”

“Turbo was a great help for me to have a feeling of what's going out there. My previous tenants have staid for a long time so I did not need to look for renters for some time now. I have not rent my place yet but I wanted to repost my ad .”

“I enjoyed posting on your website because it has worked for me in the past and I draw you draw in a lot of people for me. But when it came to the screening I was extremely disappointed. I waited for about 3 weeks before I can get before I was able to get my report.”
