I have Tro before and when the host had a problem they sent another car. I was in FtLauderdale on spring break. My car was in an accident and wasn’t available to pickup. So get me another… it’s happened before NO.. they cancelled my reservation and didn’t give me any answers best was they didn’t tell me until my plane landed. All the other car places were out of cars because it was spring break. I WILL NEVER GET A CAR FROM THEM EVER!!!! Fix your customer service!!! Or fail!!!!

If you rent from Turo, be very very careful & cautious!! If anything is wrong with the automobile when you pick it up you have to notify Turo within 2 hours of pick up otherwise you are stuck with a malfunctioning SUV, We rented an SUV for a ski trip and found out at the Denver airport that the SUV trunk was broken! We could not use the SUV for the intended rental reason. We could not put all ski’s nor snowboards in this SUV to go up to the mountain to ski or snowboard. The owner had said they had it in the car shop to fix the trunk before we arrived, this was a lie! Also, key fob for car had electrical issues, & would not work all the time- that was scary! The SUV gearshift did not always work correctly which was very scary! SUV had temporary plates, why if owner said they had many renters of the SUV DID THE SUV have temporary plates? Do not rent from Turo or Angela Rangel. If you call Turo with complain you will never speak to anyone who tells you the truth! When you call customer service, it will be a nightmare, this company cares less because they already have been paid weeks before you get the rental SUV! You may get a complaint number from customer service but it is worth nothing. Complaint will never ever be resolved, this company will scam you, please be careful!!

Turo declined to remove a 1 out of 5 star rating review that a Host left in response to a feedback that I left as a 3 out of 5 stars for having a car that was dirty on the inside. See the pictures. The car was not vacuumed and had fingerprints all over. The rental was fine otherwise. I cancelled my Turo account as it’s clear that Turo doesn’t care about its customers. I don’t do business with such companies.

No customer service except a chat line. It doesn’t resolve anything. Beware of renting!!!! They charge you for a rental when you book, then they cancel saying your licence isn’t approved and then charge you a cancellation fee. I’m still trying to get my money back and I didn’t even rent a vehicle.

My wife and I were willing to share our cars, howeve One of our guests stole our car by refusing to return it, we had to retrieve it ourselves and there were drugs in the car and it was lit on fire. We are working with Roman from Turo support who refuses to refund us for the total loss of our car. Be careful, I wish we were never associated.

I RENTED MY 2020 CORVETTE STINGRAY. THE RENTOR WAS RACING MY CAR. I HAVE A GPS TRACKER IN THE CAR THAT RECORDS SPEED, LOCATION TO THE MINUTE. IN 2 DAYS. HE WAS SPEEDING THE THE EXCESS OF 92 + MILES PER HOUR. AT ONE POINT THE RENTOR WAS DOING 81 IN A 45 ZONE. TURO DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I SENT THEM ALLMTHE DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS THEY WANTED. THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME OH WELL.

This is the worse company ever. Late arriving to Sea during Christmas and couldn't reach our car owner or customer service. When we finally did, the car was no longer available even though it was fully paid for. Had to quickly rebook with Enterprice at the airport. When we got home from our trip I couldn't reach anyone at Turo so contacted my Credit Card company and put in a complaint. Turo only refunded 1/2 our funds. They have totally covered themselves with legalese that you can't understand. How can they take your pre-paid rental away from you because you were late.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. My family rented a car to go on vacation. The person we rented through told us that there was something MINOR wrong with the vehicle but we could still take it because there were no other options with it being so close to our leave. We BARELY made it to our destination 2 days into the rental, with it breaking down as soon as we parked to our destination. We were stranded, left no other alternative, and were not offered a refund or help. We lost multiple days of our vacation stranded becuase customer service would just pass our case along and never meet the promised follow up phone call.

The company rich Bert car rental in Miami Are scammers did not unfortunately I did not take pictures of the inside of the car because I was running late for a flight and there was sand in the floor mats which were plastic. They took all the sand and spread it all over the car. I can’t get Turo to respond to me. I can’t get this company to respond me and they charge me $165 for cleaning fees which is ridiculous. I would never use them again shady as heck.

I only gave them one star, because I HAD to. We rented a car for 13 days in Florida. On the day before we were to return to Michigan, the car tire picked up a nail. It was too flat to drive any where for repair. I called Turo who contacted the owner. She wanted it brought to a shop over 80 miles away, but then finally agreed to have it towed to a shop just 10 minutes from where we were staying. The owner of the shop stated that the tire could not be repaired as there was too little tread left. In fact, he checked ALL of the tires and stated that he was surprised it was even allowed by Turo to be on the road, as all FOUR tires were dangerously worn! We were left to scramble to find a ride to the airport the following day and our last full day in Florida was ruined. Getting any sort of refund is not easy, even after providing pictures of the tread gauge. I will NEVER use them again.

Booked a car and had already payed the $400 and was picking the car up in an hour and a half and this clown of a company deleted my account and said I was still responsible for paying for the cars I had booked. Lousy lousy customer service.

Communication was lacking. I was charged $40 for shortening my trip due to a plane delay, And another $25 for parking fees in the short term parking lot that my host directed me to leave the car in. I was not notified of either of these until after it occurred, also coincidentally, until after I left him a review a positive review. Clever of him.

Turo allowed one of their host to rent me a vehicle that was not street legal and had expired tags. I didn’t notice this until I was pulled over by a state trooper. Assuming if I’m renting a vehicle it should be completely street legal, so I did not think to look at the tags. Turo allowed the hose to leave me a bad review because I made a complaint and Turo did not pay the host. Now Turo says because I chewed out the host in the chat for his negligence. They are removing me from being able to use Turo. Do not use this company they are trash! Do not rent any vehicles from Nain Barboza.

I wish I could give 0 stars, Turo is literally the worst and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I booked a white Mercedes Truck with Brenton B and the he sends pick up address, then 10 minutes later he cancelled and said the car was already booked, so I called Turo and the agent and I booked Burgundy Lexus Truck with Randy and he never accepted the booking, so here comes 6am and still no response from Randy, so we (the agent and I) tried booking another vehicle and all of a sudden I’m restricted from booking, I have never even had a chance to use Turo yet, my Grandmother’s funeral is tomorrow and they saying that I have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund, this is literally the worst experience ever so BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Been Renting cars for my business trips for 2 years and with good reviews and no issues at all. They restricted my account out of the blue when i had a car booked while travelling to another province. left me stranded at the very last min. got late for my business meets. had to cancel a few clients too. Spoke top the agents through chat which was the worst and gave no help at all but kept telling me to appeal. Appealed 3 times and still told me they restricted my account. Doesn't even make any sense at all. Nobody seems to be helping me. And whats worst is that I found out on forums that I wasn't the only one who had this happened. There were a lot more people. This is ridiculous how it operates. Talk about customer service, this should be at the bottom of the drain. what a terrible customer service. I believe thats why they don't talk on the phone. what a joke.

Do not fool with these scammers ‼️ I was an approved driver so I decided to purchase a gift card. I purchased one for 200 dollars. As soon as I purchased one, I received an email requesting additional information followed by an email stating I was no longer an approved driver. I called numerous times and still haven’t spoken with a supervisor or gotten my money back.
