“Whilst trying to work out a missing template and not getting anywhere on my own, I went to the care centre and even though I am in a different country, I was able to get assistance really quickly. I got the template sent to me easily and then while I was there I asked another question about getting a black and white template for a different task. The lady said it wasn't there but would get their team onto it. About 2 minutes later, I received an email, where they had found what I was looking for and then emailed it to me. It was such great service. I am a full member and come to this site first for most of my teaching requirements and it never fails to give me something. It is the best money I spend on a subscription.
