“Friendly and helpful staff who usually respond right away so no issues there. The content seems highly disorganized with vast quantities of outdated materials with little academic relevance. There is some very nice material such as the Beyond English comprehension units but these aren’t numerous so having a monthly subscription and not getting more targeted content seems unfair. Would like to see more in depth focus for grades 7-10 such as detailed reading comprehension with sets that not only have short answers and vocabulary but also fill in the blanks, vocabulary similes, true false etc…. Having 10 comprehension exercises on ghosts clutters the site and is really not an interesting topic to Devote so much content on. Definitely have the capabilities in place for redesigning the website and content, focusing more on quality than quantity.”

“Whilst trying to work out a missing template and not getting anywhere on my own, I went to the care centre and even though I am in a different country, I was able to get assistance really quickly. I got the template sent to me easily and then while I was there I asked another question about getting a black and white template for a different task. The lady said it wasn't there but would get their team onto it. About 2 minutes later, I received an email, where they had found what I was looking for and then emailed it to me. It was such great service. I am a full member and come to this site first for most of my teaching requirements and it never fails to give me something. It is the best money I spend on a subscription.
