“I don't recommend using this company to buy items. The customer care is a total disappointment. When I placed the order it was showing me one amount, but they charged my credit card a higher amount. Customer service is saying it is a bug in their system, but refused to refund the difference. It seems we customers have to pay for their system issues.”
“I ordered from Souq.com on the 7th December and the items were meant to be delivered by the 12th. Of course, that date came and went with no delivery. I cancelled the order a day later and I haven't heard anything abut processing of the cancellation. It is now the 24th December. I receive no help when I email. “I have used Souk.com several times with no problems.
I ordered MMA kickboxing gloves Nov 26, delivery Dec 3 as scheduled.
The package label had the gloves description, I therefore paid the driver the 101 dhs cash.
However, the package contained a computer mouse, no gloves.
I called the driver immediately and was told to contact the call centre and he would return tomorrow.
I was told by the call centre a tale about the cash refund not being a cash refund and going back on my account.
I said I did not change my mind, you delivered the wrong thing.
I only want the money back pending the correct item delivery.
I expect the gloves delivered within 24 hours.
No matter the outcome I am unlikely to use Souk.com in future.”

So if reviews are controlled and you’re voice isn’t being heard by other customers, then where are the other reviews coming from? Yup, they are not real honest reviews! I experienced false advertisement on souq twice! The item is listed as something and then it arrives missing stuff. When you complain they only tell you to return it. Not thinking about the hassle and waste of time that they are causing and they already caused!
