-1. Delivery driver doesn't even need to actually attempt delivery in order for this shitshow of an app to charge for items never received and then apply a restocking fee. Want to call customer service? HA! Wait half an hour for an text session with some scripted b.s. that railroads you for another 15 minutes before saying f' you thanks for your money. SCAM, simply GROSS business practices, this company is fraudulent.

They are the worst my order was canceled by the driver or the store and that I can not get a refund or a discount off my next order! I was just out of $30 and no food without no hands up or nothing and when I try to contact Uber eats they basically told me there’s nothing that they can do and that they are not crediting me.

I placed an order that was not delivered and was cancelled by the driver. Before the order was cancelled, I tried four times to contact the driver through text and phone. I only got voicemail on the phone and got no response on text. I was sent a message saying that the order was undeliverable and that I was being charged the full amount. I contacted Uber Eats and they told me three times that I cancelled the order, which I did not. They refused to give me a refund.

I cancelled my Uber eats order with Pizza Hut within 3 mins of ordering. My total food amount was $27 and they charged me $15. Shame on Uber eats and Pizza Hut.

Terrible customer service my order got cancelled trying to alter my address to the correct address and I end up being charged full amount and a cancelled order. That was all the money I had for my family to eat this and for this to happen! Never using this app again!!!

Order a couple of burgers from Burger Bodega and uber app showed a driver canceled the pickup so I continued to wait on another delivery person after 15 min I choose to cancel my order because food would be cold . Once I canceled Uber eats charged me $ 30.00 cancelation fee .I will never use they're app again

Ordered some food from Taco Cabana. They delivered (diver called Derek) the total different meal than I ordered. Phoned them. They needed a photo. I asked them how do I send a photo. She said that she will send me a message that will pop up on my app. I don't think she knew how to send me a message because after 4 messages it did not pop up on my screen. So she told me she can do nothing for me! I will never use Ubereats again. They are just a bunch of apes.

I never received my food, I requested my money back from the 3 people including the manager Juvy and they said nothing was able to be done. They stated the person that dropped of my food did everything they were supposed to do. If your food get stolen by either someone else or driver they will not go anything for you! Use other services! And this is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. They always take forever with my food, it’s always something. I DO NO RECOMMEND uber eats !

They're business model is charging you more and advertising promo prices and not applying the discount and promo in hopes you don't look at detailed receipt. I order wings bc there was a promo that I could get chicken tender meal for free if I spent $25. It's showed the correct prices when I reviewed my order before paying. Once I paid I could figure how 25$ became 58$? The wings were 12 but they somehow charged me 22, and added the promo tenders price back into the total. This company should be shut down for fraud.

This company is a thief. The restaurants hike up their prices to be on app and Uber eats takes so much money over, then wants us (customers) to pay the drivers. There is always a missing item especially drinks and sides and the food is always poor condition. They don’t like to refund either.

This app sucks it's slow and it's not accurate yesterday I went to the "hot spots" where it said on the app I was sitting there for 30 mins nothing popped up i drove around for over an hour and nothing so I came back home and they pay u very little 3 dollars a delivery please smh ur better off working at a warehouse than doing this stick to ur day jobs uber eats aint worth it trust me.

They driver always still your food. Destiny with the black jeep Cherokee this morning. They take my money in 2 seconds but take 20 days to give it back. I'm done with them. I will be deactivating my account and switching to someone else. To many companies offer the same service to be putting up with this.

I ordered from a Mexican restaurant that unfortunately was a 1000 miles away and cancelled immediately. Uber said it was my fault and I still had to pay 62 dollars. I use Uber all the time but will never use it again and continue to tell my friends not to use sure an unreasonable company. What a horrible experience!!!

I did not get what I ordered and paid for & the customer service agent was no help at all and he told me he viewed my order and the driver didn’t say I had any wrong items. After I clearly sent him images of the products that I had was not the right items I order I’m over Uber eats !!!!

Drove 4 miles got paid $0 cuz closed Mcdonalds lol. How’s that my fault you guys sent me to a closed restaurant? Already stopped ordering on uber eats a year ago because they delivered Applebees when I ordered Arby’s and still refused a refund. Said ok won’t order or get rides from them but was delivering a little bit. NOPE. They just literally treat every person and business they come in contact with like dirt lmao. Not surprising though, I don’t think they employ a single person who understands English AND what customer service even means 😂

UberEats had 3 different agents lie to me regarding an order I waited over an hour for. I told them it was already late at night and I had a young son to feed. They threatened to charge me the full order value if I canceled. They told me a driver was on their way with the order and max time would be a total wait of 1.5 hours. Then they canceled the order without telling me. I checked in with an agent who lied to me and disconnected the support chat. I reached out again and they lied and said the restaurant canceled the order. They disconnected me again. I reached out to the restaurant who said they handed the food to the driver but Uber canceled it. I almost gave a bad review to a small business because Uber lied and blamed them for everything. This is despicable and unethical behaviour
