Charged for cancelled order when merchant did not have my order. Merchant told me they did not have it and told me to go to customer support to cancel. Bc merchant accepted my order and I am the one who cancelled I was charged $17.55 for cancelling. Spoke to multiple customer service reps who said sorry but that's the policy

Very unfortunate but I had to stop using Uber eats because they refused to refund me the ONE time I NEVER got my food at all.

I would give negative review if possible. Uber eat is a ridiculous company, I noticed the driver delivered my order to the WRONG HOUSE right after he uploaded the photo, tried to contact the driver on the app. but no way to contact if he marked delivered. Contacted to customer services via app and phone. They ignored whatever I said. I have a screenshot of the photo that driver uploaded and took a photo of my house in case for uber eat investigate, BUT they refused and not allow me to send them any photos. They are blaming on me, I put the wrong address, or I am the one responsible even the driver delivered to the wrong house. PLEASE DO NOT USE UBER EATS, place the order directly from the restaurant or use other carrier. Eventually, they do not care at all.

Uber eats canceled my order still charged me the full price there was no way to get ahold of them especially online they suck as far as customer service. It was a tiny mistake of my puppy stepping on my laptop long story short i'm out 30$ with no food. Grubhub is soooooooo much better!!!

Uber eats in Philadelphia. Driver Maria.. worse experience ever. Pretty sure she ate our order, took more than an hour to arrive. Only one hamburger arrived from a 46 usd order. They never refunded the whole thing. There is no way to know if she’s still an Uber Eats.. hopefully not…

It's really annoying & frustration, how the system is taking for ever to reply and at the end an auto reply will come up without understanding what is the real issue is, seriously guys just hire more people, you gain lots of money ! I ordered through them to get grocery from Flink, I cancelled the order and the driver returned the items back in good condition, why the system is refusing to refund my money back ???? Seriously what is going on here?

In my account, I was given two total price receipts for the same order. One charged me twice for the tip (the same amount twice). It charged me for the double tip on my bank statement. Uber Support never replied to my online form request. Uber Eats Chat only mentioned to me that I should have changed the double tip within an hour, which I never thought to do since I had only given one tip and the total of the order was as expected. Its computer quality control, as well as support, is/are horrendous.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Bought a digital gc and cannot use funds. Customer service sucks and is ai messaging. Refused to help so im out $20! I couldn't add a payment so I had to purchase a digital giftcard. Ai messaging isn't helpful and is slow. Foreign lady was polite but unhelpful as well. Never used them before and won't ever again.

Refuses to take responsibility for the delivery person who did not respect the contact details and left the order without security. The order may have been stolen by someone else or the delivery person himself.

After more than 200 orders I deleted my account. Good riddance. I can’t tell you how much money we’ve lost from this company. Food that’s missing or wrong items weren’t reciprocated monetarily or other. They’re Uber One was a joke. My daughter took Uber One and I didn’t, you don’t get the discounts if you have Uber one. I. Fact I saved more without as my daughter who made the same order in the same living room. Stolen food. Once the driver brought himself to our house and messaged that the order was picked up by someone else. Why drive to my house then? You couldn’t know where my house was if someone picked it up already. I hope it was good. Once they tell you a manager will call you, know you lost your money. “You don’t qualify for any refund at this time”. We’ve heard it too many times. Goodbye and I will never use Ubereats again.

I was at a hotel for a night and decided to order from UberEATS. The hotel I was staying at was on accesible by car because you had to go through a highway to get here. First time I ordered, I had to call and cancel to get a refund because my courier was on a bicycle.. Luckily, I was able to get a refund but I shouldnt be getting a bicycle courier if I can only be reached by car. Later in the evening, I decided to try again because we get hungry, right? AGAIN, bicycle courier, cancelled order but this time I wasnt able to get a refund and I was charged 24.99 cancellation fee... MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE WHY IM GETTING BICYCLE COURIERS FOR A CAR ONLY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION Deleted app ASAP. Tried to get help but of course "nothing we can do" F*ck UberEATS

Ordered Buddy's Pizza through UberEATS at 4:54 pm, was given delivery time as 6:34 pm. The order was picked up from Buddy's on time but then it kept getting pushed back until it was no longer arriving until 7:34 pm. By that time I gave up and canceled the order. Extremely upset and disappointed in UberEATS.

Uber eats is trash. I keep getting orders everyday of just one popeyes dipping sauce, 4 to 5 times a day. I have called and emailed them and they doing nothing. I asked them to block my address from who ever is doing this but I'm still getting them.

I ordered two burritos and when I received my order both burritos were soggy and wet and you can see a white juicy on the foil. So I reached out to Ubereats help because I wanted to return my order to the restaurant and have them redo it because there is no hell I’m going to have my kids eat a uncooked soggy wet burritos that will for sure give them stomach aches or food poisoning but the customer service team said sorry we don’t have a option for return orders and we can’t refund your money but they will reach out to the restaurant to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Smfh This is ridiculous and they are ripping off customers. UberEats should be ashamed of themselves. I will never waste my money again on this App.

Uber Eats is a scam. The company refuses to provide a refund for missing items from a delivery. The vendor from which I ordered did not have an item in stock, and sent a nite stating that I should request a refund. Uber Eats refused to do so. This is illegal and forfeits the position of Uber Eats as a legitimate business. They are scammers and crooks. I have been refunded by PayPal after disputing the payment with them. PayPal will now pursue the matter with Uber Eats, a process much costlier than simply giving me the refund to which I am legally entitled. As always, I win.
