Still waiting for a refund from Monsoon for items returned 14th Dec. I hve the postal receipt as proof of return. Very slow to return emails, not great customer service, no contact number to call. Not very good so far…

I live near Boston and I bought a dress from Monsoon's online store in early July, 2021. Several weeks later, I discovered it was shipping from China. Ok. At the beginning of August, United States Postal Service Tracking let me know it had arrived on the east coast and my package was on its way. Sadly, it was delivered to an address in Boise, Idaho. I wrote to Monsoon's customer service department and got no response. I suspect I will never get the problem resolved. I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything. This purchase was a disaster.

Terrible customer service. When you make a purchase don’t dare ask I for a larger bag 💼 a light floaty dress was stuffed into a small paper bag that was more suited to a pair of tights or something of similar size monsoon Buchanan Street Glasgow is not a good shopping experience get your act together Customers Do Mater .

I bought a dress in the Oxford Street store for £26 without a tag on it. The shop assistant processed it at the till by putting in the code from the stitched in label and I paid with my credit card. I tried it on at home and it didn’t fit so I went into the St Paul’s store to return it. I had the receipt by the way. The store manager at St Paul’s (Vicky) refused to process the refund because it didn’t have a tag on it. I said to her that I bought it without a tag, at which she raised her voice saying ‘DON’T BE AGGRESSIVE’. She refused to process the refund and said that I need to go back into the Oxford Street store so they can check the CCTV. When I said that seems unreasonable she continued to call me aggressive whilst pointing her finger at me. When I said that the customer service was appalling, especially since it was her that was pointing her finger at me, she said she knows what’s she’s been doing as she’s been in retail for 19 years. She also asked her assistants to refuse to respond to me when I questioned why they would need to check CCTV for me to get a refund. I just cannot believe how atrocious the customer service is. Just completely shocking. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and can honestly say the experience with Vicky has put me off ever buying from Accessorize again.

Monsoon service is below Zero, Monsoon's current customer service is the lowest form of service. They are far too busy sitting home watching daytime tv and can't be asked to help. The clothes are of poor quality. The owner Mr Simon needs to read these reviews because his company is on the brink of going completely downhill. I'm still waiting for a £39 refund, Monsoon was quick to take my money but when when it comes to refunding for an item that is worse quality than a cheaper high street store this is questionable. Rest assured an email is on its way to Monsoons CEO and watchdog as well as Trading standards, not to mention on Twitter and facebook too.

Since 2019 I have rang, texted and emailed about my reward points. I’ve never had any. I spend in excess of £500 a year here. All that’s happened is I’ve been fobbed off by the customer service . I even went In store and had them put on with confidence but when I went online zero. I’m done with them, I no longer order anything I don’t care how nice the items are. No wonder they are struggling- poor customer service aswell as ridiculooooous prices.

Awful customer service, returned 2 items and they refused to refund one of them due to marks and a hair on the jacket. The jacket had been tried on for a minute. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointed as had spent a large amount of money with them and only returned a couple of items. Will never purchase from them again.

Really disappointed, I tried to exchange a flower girl dress as we had to postpone our wedding ceremony. I was told there were no exchanges being processed until the stores open (if I had known that I would never have ordered!) and that could be after the date of our ceremony. I asked could I have a refund so that I can purchase the size I need online, I was told no because its outwith the 30 days. Seriously, I though given the current circumstances someone would understand. Really gutted. Needless to say I'm done with Monsoon. Really unnecessary on their part.

I received a gift for my from my son monsoon sparkle butterfly shoes she only wore them once and the butterfly came off my daughter was so upset she doesn't want me to even attempt to fix it she has a handbag that matches and hair clips she doesn't want to wear anything she is scared it will break as soon as she wears it

I now have £20 worth of loyalty vouchers which I cannot use as the checkout tells me my card is invalid! Even though the vouchers and card number appear at the checkout and clearly are valid! Customer service are useless. At first I was led to believe that mine was a problem specific to me, but my last message from customer service seems to indicate that this is an ongoing problem. I note that other people leaving reviews have had the same problem. Then today I actually received a flyer from Monsoon promoting their loyalty scheme! I really am beginning to wonder if this loyalty scheme is actually real or just a scam to get people to spend more. I suspect my vouchers will have expired by the time they fix their system, if indeed it is ever fixed!

Don’t buy from monsoon unless your 100% sure your keeping the item. I bought two coats costing £165 each, two sizes for my friend to try on as a Christmas present. I was a couple of days over the 30 day returns policy for the return of one coat. I emailed monsoon to advise due to COVID I couldn’t get the coat back off my friend by a couple of days. I live in Cardiff and friend in Redditch. They replied with, they couldn’t guarantee I would get full refund. I asked after numerous emails ignored for name of CEO. There reply is the case is closed. Shame on you monsoon, appalling customer care. Will never buy from you again.

I returned a dress 9 weeks back. Not received any refund. Poor customer service. Chat is not helpful as they say some one will email. Calls, even after holding the line for 1 hour no one answers the call. E mail, gives only automated reply. Not sure how to get the money back. Did not expect such a poor customer service from a company like monsoon.

Ordered a jumper a month ago nothing arrived. After trying to call and numerous emails I have had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank . Really surprised at this company I won’t buy anything again from this company .. I wish had read all the reviews on trust pilot before ordering it would of stopped a lot of stress

I'm still waiting for Monsoon to look into why my rewards cant be used at checkout. This problem started Nov/Dec 2019. Since Feb 2020 the rewards have been visible when I login, but at checkout they cant be applied. I gave been contacting Monsoon since Feb (pre lockdown) and just get excuse after excuse. Now they are just ignoring me and say they are no longer monitoring the trust Pilot site. I question if the rewards still exist. If they are no longer honouring rewards due to the companies financial difficulties then why cant they issue an official statement. Has anyone else had problems?

I have had a problem with Monsoon not letting me use my rewards when I try to buy something online. The problem started in Nov/Dec 2019 when the rewards weren't showing after purchasing items. I ordered again and the same happened. I was issued, they said, a new card but it never arrived. In Feb 2020 I was then told the reward card wasnt linking to my account and the customer service person said they had issued yet another card that would come in the post ( it never has). I was given the card number over the telephone and the pin number I asked the person to make sure this card was linked to my acct. I could now see my rewards. However, when I tried to spend the rewards I got a message saying pin invalid. I emailed and I got a reply with the reward card number and pin. I have tried countless times to use the rewards and still I get a message saying pin invalid, although more recently it has said reward card number is the problem. It is now mid August. Ihave contacted Monsoo countless times. I have been given excuses such as IT are working on a problem with the rewards. This implies they know there is a problem. I've been told 3 times the rewards would work by Friday, so 3 weeks of Monsoon fobbing me off because they have never worked. I have sent numerous emails, most seem to be ignored. I have telephoned numerous times and still the problem hasnt been resolved. At first some of the customer service people at sounded positive, as if they were doing something and they even tried to place the order for me although I think this was because they thought it was my fault and I wasnt doing it right. I have asked to speak to a manager afew times and one customer service person told me she didnt have a manager - WHAT! No management. I've been told head office still arent working, really? The IT people who were supposed to be fixing the problem with rewards apparently now arent working, really? Covid is still being cited as the reason although this wasnt the excuse given during lockdown. So can you believe anything Monsoon say? Emails take at least 2 weeks to answer. When the answer raises another question that takes 2 weeks to answer. I don't believe Monsoon are really trying to resolve the problem, they could issue me with gift card as I have suggested. If they are no longer honouring the rewards why doesnt someone tell the truth and say so. I won't shop with monsoon until they honour the rewards. Reading other reviews on trustpilot it is clear Monsoon don't care about their customers. If they want to stay in business this attitude needs to change - you reap what you sow!

My order number is 80445365 I bought 6 items on monsoon website cost me £186.50 on the 25/6/2020. And on the 27/6/2020 Hermes send me an email that Hermes has delivered my package , I was in my flat all day when I saw the email I quickly run downstairs to see my package, nothing was found anywhere, I did email monsoon but no reply . On the 28/6/2020 I did spoke to one of customer service stuff called Teresa and she did email me back that it will take 10 days working days . I waited waited and waited. I haven’t heard anything about refund .Monsoon customer service is a Ghost story town .My package didn’t come and my money didn’t come back either, you should be ashamed of yourself for your poor service. Monsoon is quickly to take money from you but don’t care of they next step.i am a single mother of 3 kids no job who was just trying to buy some thing from monsoon from the little money I have to brighten my summer 2020 in this corona virus. Monsoon has caused me depression, I am still waiting a response to my numerous emails now today is 41 days without any response. Even Jesus fast 40 days only.They continue to fail to refund me for the 6 items that I have paid for but NEVER RECEIVED. Did not expect this level of cunningness from monsoon, shockingly poor poor customer service. I hope that is not a scam site or scammers.Monsoon people took away all my money, it’s a painful experience with them. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service . I have been in contact with Teresa from monsoon which she keeps telling me that she has send my case to her manager, on the 22/7/2020 the email was send to me saying that they are going to refund my money. Until now 5 August 2020 nothing has be done.I am sure I would have been very happy with these items.But - delivery was arranged through “HERMES ” who arranged a delivery time .Then stated parcel was delivered and signed for. Obviously all total lies, I had been home the whole while .Hermes also used same tactic to send screenshots of the GPS. The sooner firms stop using Hermes the better, hope they go bust so that decent firms can pick up business.

Placed an order with www.monsoonoutlet.com. They tried to take £430 from my credit card. Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. Arrived today. A fake versace hat. No invoice with the package. Definitely not my monsoon bridal shoes. Luckily my bank returned my money so not charged. Avoid this website it needs to be taken down!

I haven’t received a refund for an order which tracking information confirms Monsoon received 6 weeks ago. Phone lines are closed customer service are not responding to emails. I first emailed 20 days ago. Awful service. How can they get away with ignoring customers and not processing refunds? It seems impossible to get my money back. Avoid.
