“The main complaint that I have about my last order is my paper was not completed on time. It should of been completed on June 8 around 3:09 p.m central time. I received an incomplete paper on June 8. I clearly stated my instructions on the order on how the paper show be handle but the writer missed a section. I requested a revision to be completed on June 9 at 10:00 p.m. but it was completed on June 10 around 4:00 p.m.”

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your order was not completed on time. It looks like your order was delivered on June 8 at 6:41 AM. Unfortunately, the writer overlooked a key instruction, so you needed to request a revision. Revision requests under 48 hours require a small fee because often times original writers are not available, so we need new writers to address the issues. We are very sorry that our standard 3 day revision delivery did not meet your timeline. Unfortunately, we rely on specific timestamps so Quality Assurance understands when they need to deliver. In the event writers do not follow the complete instructions, we hope clients contact Client Success, so management can see if it's possible to waive the expedited revision fee. We appreciate your feedback and hope you give us another opportunity to make it right. :)
