To avoid similar situations, our Requested Writer add-on in the order form is designed to block writers and add writers to a favorite's list. This way, clients can consistently work with writers who always meet their criteria. :)

“Delia was great and supportive and was very quick to get my issue resolved. It truly is a scary thing to read when someone who took ownership of completing something backs out of it almost at the last minute however Delia immediately found a solution to the problem. Thank you.”
