“Service is generally good, but that depends on the writer, which can be hit or miss. I’ve used Ultius off and on for years. However, their customer service/support has wained in recent years. Considering the prices per page, Ultius should consider offering more frequent discounts for loyal customers and reusable discount code for its military customers. Any discount is better than nothing.”

“Hi i used the ultius service for editing, and after the 1st final submission i wasnt really happy with the results and the QA lead team came back and told me they found some similar content too..i then requested for a revision and i told them i want another writer. I was given another writer and they even put in some incentives for so another writer will be willing to take my order. I was really happy with the final draft after the revision. Thank you Ultius”

“I've used Ultius for editing and they have performed well. I'd like to see more options on the number of days for assignment due dates and I'd like to see a MUCH BETTER job completed by their internal reviewers. While most jobs are completed very well and to direction, customer service has always taken care of the issues. Thanks Lizzy!”
