Only made a 76 on my paper after paying 200 dollars and sending my writer the syllabus kinda disappointed.

While we can't guarantee grades because our orders are meant to be used as samples, all of the syllabus requirements should have been included, so we are sorry that wasn't the case. Did you know that you are able to block certain writers from claiming your orders? The first paper I received the writer did not follow directions. The paper lacked organization and there was many grammatical mistakes. The academic language was comparable to a High School level. The paper I requested was for my final assignment for my Master's degree. The revision I requested, the writing was still poor. I then requested a second revision, where all that was changed is the new writer added a few transitional words. Ultius customer support was helpful trying to get the paper to me on time, but after the initial paper and the two revisions, I had a few hours to rewrite the paper so it was up to par for my graduate level course. The grade I would have received if I submitted any of the papers I received from either writer would have been low. I would have received drastic points off for grammatical issues. Needless to say, I am glad this was my last paper. I came to this site in a bind, ended up wasting money and doing it on my own in the end. So, thanks a lot!

If you did not use any of the content, order 194415 might be eligible for a full refund. It looks like the second-order you mentioned was purchased with a credit. The paper wasn't what I asked for. It was a sudden need and a short deadline. I trusted them to write it great, even with very specific instructions. I had to just rush to write it myself, as there wasn't time to return it to them for a rewrite.

Received paper that did not have proper citations. I contacted consumer support and they promptly had the writer fix the issue. Great! Problem is there was not enough time for a whole rewrite. I received a C grade on the paper because the writer spent 2 paragraphs defining a term and talking in circles and did not actually answer the topic question. This paper was half-assed and I’m disappointed I wasted money on it.

It seems that was the only revision request made, so, to avoid a similar situation, we recommend clients review each order carefully to ensure it follows all of the instructions. This way, writers can fix each area of concern before the final draft is uploaded. Essay was poorly written. I had to rewrite myself. References were not cited correctly. I had requested APA style. This experience was truly a waste of time and money since I had to rewrite the essay. I could have saved the 48.00 I paid for a non usable paper.

Live Chat: Thumbs Up very responsive Getting that 20% discount after you've submitted your review and order: Thumbs Down customer service. Understandably so every company has policies but when you've just submitted an order and then you've seen that email that says, "hey leave a review get a 20% discount", right after you ordered to have something done you would think customer service would abide by it. Nope not at all. So a learning lesson to all, put all your discount codes in before you decide to order or pay more than you should. I doubt this will be a service I will suggest.

Totally hit or miss. I got one writer who did a great job. Then another writer who wrote like they were 12 years old. Ultius tried to charge me extra for a revision even though they advertise free revisions within the original scope of the paper. Their sneaky way of doing this was to say 'the writer could not make the proposed changes without adding length' and tried to charge me for an extra page. Also... check out all the fake 5 star reviews here. I see they are trying to balance out the bad ones! My advice is to treat anything you receive from Ultius like a rough draft. You will still have to sit and work on it to make it presentable enough to submit. But if you don't have time to start from scratch, it can save a few hours. In the future i will try to find someone local if I need this type of thing done.

Hi Sara. We wanted to drop in and say we appreciate your honest feedback. All of our reviews are real and we welcome positive and negative contributions because it helps us better our platform. Clients do have the ability to save writers to a favorite list or block writers in their dashboard. We encourage all of our clients to do this so they can opt to work with writers who have consistently delivered. Our Revision Policy, when it comes to urgent revisions, needs updating, which we are actively working on. Essentially, the writers are freelance so we cannot hold them to a schedule. If a writer is not available to work on a revision, we have to open the order so another writer may claim it. That fee compensates the new writer or encourages the original writer to make time in his or her personal schedule. Lastly, your advice is very good. It's very important to use our platform responsibly and we always recommend using orders as reference materials or foundations. We really appreciate you mentioning that. Not the greatest paper I’ve had written, and will not use that writer again. Paper was incredibly generic and instructions were not followed, even after requesting a revision.

I have been using Ultius since March of 2018. In the beginning, the quality of papers that were being written were great. Need little to no editing. In the last 6 months, the papers being completed by the writers have been horrible. I have had to request revision on just about every paper due to plagiarism, not following instructions that were submitted with the order, reference issues, incorrect citations within the paper and references, and so on. I have had to spend unnecessary time having to redo papers, editing papers after comparing the information to the source used and finding that a lot of it was word for word and not paraphrased or in quotations. Customer service has been great with compensating but the issues are still happening with my papers. The quality control/department who looks over the paper before uploading it to your account, NEEDS TO BE FIRED. This is because they are not catching issues within the order before uploading the "completed" order to the customer and there has been times when the writer messages and states I have finished your order and is being looked over by the quality department and 15 minutes later, my paper is uploaded. I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF MY ASSIGNMENTS.

I asked for and additional 1/2 page of biography - I could not see anything added. Since the document I received had no track changes, I cannot say whether any incoherencies and/or grammar mistakes were corrected. I searched in vain to find more than one quote from the poems I requested to be inserted into the text. I wasn't satisfied and will not use Utius again.
