“If I could leave 0 I would Ordered items they took my money then 3 days later send an appalling email with no explanation or apology just saying thanx for the interest we can't send them Chances are it was missprices however there are people who's orders are being delivered. Avoid I wint be using them again”

“Advertise products for a set price and then dont fulfill the orders, then make me wait over a week from time of ordering before getting my money back, with no explanation as yo why. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“Dreadful company! They left an order "being processed" for 3 days to then say they are cancelling with a generic email with no information as to why even though they took payment. Would never recommend or use again!”

“Unbelievable customer service. Ordered items on Sunday, money taken - now three days later I get an email saying my order cannot be processed and a refund will be issued. Awful company, awful customer service and no explanation. Once, never again.”

“I now realise that I’m not alone in being scammed by these rogue traders but it doesn’t make me any happier at having my order cancelled without any explanation as to why. I won’t be returning to their website or buying their overpriced tat in store ever again. I’ll be sticking with Adidas and Nike in future as they at least understand the basics of customer service.”

“Ordered. Confirmation of it received. Then received cancellation email. Told payment they took instantly will take five working days to return to me. Shocking customer service. Also honoured other people’s orders only to tell me it was an issue with the system. Complete rubbish.”
