Under armour accepted thousands of orders, took the money from accounts and then 3 days later cancelled the orders with no explanation. Terrible service.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Worst company ever!! doing a mass canceling of mine and everyone elses order with no explanation! Obviously was a scam and now have to wait 5 days for a refund and they have already have my money for 4 day!! They are an absolute joke of a company and should be ashamed of how they have treated their customers. They have severely damaged their name and lost many many customers now. Will never ever use them again. Everyone should boycott!!

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Blocks your money and then cancels your order. And then takes ages to release the funds, trying to get through to customer service is a nightmare. Not an honourable company at all.

Do not honour orders nor give any explanation or rationale as to what has gone on to result in cancellation of your order. Highly unethical in their production and should be avoided.

Order taken and then 3 days later received a short email rejecting order. No explanation so won't be ordering any Under Armor again.

Never fulfilled order for 1000s of customers due to pricing error. Well within their rights, but leaves a bitter taste and a damaged reputation

Money was taken for a couple of tops and a bag I ordered . Had to wait for a week before they cancelled and still waiting for my money to be returned . Avoid terrible customer service

Never recieved item i payed for. I was told in a email i would get free shipping on my next order. Here its 2 weeks later. I have called 3 times to u dey amour askimg about a refund. I was told they can not refund the item until i send it back. I NEVER RECIEVED THE ITEM. AFTER 3 DAYS OF CALLING AND BEING TOLD the next day it will arrive. It NEVER SHOWED UP. I WASENT GIVEN A REFUND. NEVER USE THIS COMPANYS WEBSITE. Willing to refund thre shipping cost but not the ITEM. Your a Joke of a company and i WILL NEVER spend my money on your garbage again PERIOD. Then to tell me you have no Manager to speak with!! JOKE..

I have been a fan of Under Armour for many years. I received a gift card that I very much looked forward to using. It was for $25. I was intending to buy items in excess of the value of the gift card for my purchase. Thrilled to place my order, i went to apply my gift card, which was deemed "invalid". I contacted customer service, who advised that my gift card could only be used in store. It appears that the closest store is in NYC. I do not live in NY. I was shocked as I do almost all of my shopping on-line. I explained the situation. The customer service rep said "I'm sorry" but the company would not allow me to utilize the card (note: it referenced on the back that the expiration date was July 2027). As a lawyer, I was astounded at the clear misrepresentation. As a long-term customer, I was genuinely surprised to be dismissed. I will be buying my items elsewhere. This was an extremely disappointing experience from a company that I have recognized for many years to be a reputable operation with honorable business practices. I hope that this review helps them to re-think this policy as it was an unfortunate act of disrespect to a faithful consumer.

Both 2 hoodies for a child and 2 tshirts all size yxl,hoodies are 3cm shorter than tshirts,good only for a month.Disapointed on your sizing chart.

This is the most worst company in UK.Customer service is totally mess.No one help you with your oder alot of people in UK have problem with delivery.Why someone from CEO in US dont doing something with this?Go to trustpilot in uk and read it !!!!!!!! This people here in EU damaged good name Under Armour.

Worst customer service experience. I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it. I waited this long since I live in Hawaii, shipping can take bit long. So finally after 4 weeks of not receiving it, I attempted to contact their customer service. First, live chat. Took me 40 min to even get a representative, then I was told to wait for a few days as her record shows delivery date has changed. She told me to contact her if I did not get I waited, still no package. So again tried to contact via chat another 40 min wait. The a rep said she is going to get an authorization for sending a replacement. She told me to hold on, another 20 min. I had to leave so I asked her to expedite the process, instead she told me she will email me the confirmation. No response from her for two days. Again, I tried to contact them this time by phone , thinking it may be faster, I was wrong.... while I was waiting for a rep on phone, I also open the chat. I got through to rep via chat in 40 min, while phone was still waiting for rep.... This time I shared my frustration and hours I spent regarding this matter. A rep told me he will send a replacement but " replacement department" will need to send me an email with tracking number. After the conversation, I clicked on " send transcript" so I can have a proof of this conversation. Well, transcript was never sent to my email, still haven't heard from Replacement department. I work and train people in hospitality. I honestly don't know how this customer service is acceptable. Worst experience. Never again.

I purchase there gym bag and very much impressed with packaging and quality of stuff as it was from their official website. The bag suits my daily needs and greatly help.me on my vacations as well
