“I give Unique magazines 5 out of 5. They have given an excellent service. However, I have not had any magazines for a couple of weeks now which I presume is because of the new Brexit rules. Hopefully my next edition of my magazine will arrive soon.”
“We purchased Bella for our daughter for Christmas. I have take a break subscription I’ve had a couple of hiccups but overall it’s ok .I wanted to buy take a break pets issue 3 but I couldn’t find it was disappointed”
“I did a 3 star review weeks ago, assuming my international shipping from the UK to Mexico would not arrive. I overreacted so badly. I only hope Unique Magazines accepts my apologies. They were right on shipping them by sea (since flights were temporaly canceled).
I want to be clear: My magazines arrived from the UK to Mexico, only took 6 weeks, even by sea, everything was ok, and UM always kept in touch with me. Really recommendated.”
“Excellent service. Found my magazine that I was looking for as it seemed so hard to find. Phoned up to see if it was in stock and got a call back when it was in stock. Friendly and great customer service. Will definitely be ordering again as thinking of doing a subscription. Thanks again. :)”
“An excellent service is provided by this company. They deal with issues (caused by royal mail delivery) promptly and on a personal level. I like the reminders of subscription - telling me that my magazine is on the way and also how many copies I still have left before I need to renew.
Magazine always arrives well packaged and on time.
I recommend Unique Magazines without hesitation.”
“Great service, great communication (even during lock down January 2021) Was able to speak to company on the phone and via email promptly and effectively.”
“Been using this company since the first lockdown, there was 1 issue I had where they had sent the wrong magazine, however I contacted them straight away and they rectified the issue quickly and the correct issue was sent out. Delivery has always been quick even with everything going on. I am very happy with my subscription and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.”
“As I cannot go into shops due to Covid isolation, having my favourite magazine delivered to me each week is a blessing. Great service. Always delivered on time.”
