My only criticism is that there is a monthly competition which you were able to enter online at puzzlecomp but that site has not been functioning for a very long time now and when I have asked about it I don't get any response.”

The magazines sometimes take a little bit longer to arrive than I'd expect, but they've never actually been late - TV magazines where the listings begin on a Saturday arrive at least one day before. That's early enough for me, but perhaps some people would prefer to receive it earlier.”
