The phone I bought wasn't unlocked and Verizon couldn't connect to my account. Waste of money and i will never buy a phone from upgrade again

I bought a phone from this company that was never delivered to me. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Hi Christina, we have filed a claim with USPS and they have shown proof that the device was delivered. We tried to work with you with no success. You did not want to move forward with any communication with USPS. This make it difficult for us to be able to help you. If you reconsider, we would be more than happy to help.

I wrote a review earlier and now I'm updating it after I've received a second phone. I'll give the whole story. I first ordered an iPhone SE that was advertised as "Best" condition and having 85% battery capacity. The battery went from 100 to 1% in 1 hour of use. It also doesn't report battery life accurately, so it may die suddenly when it says 50%. Customer service was very bad too. First, the phone shipped out 1 week late. Secondly, I talked to 2 separate people about this issue and both times, they said they'll look into the issue and get right back to me, and then they forgot about it. So after 3 days of consecutive calls, I finally got a shipping label to return the phone and options to exchange it for a better one (same price, so not really a "deal"). This only occurred after I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, who argued with me for 20 minutes and insinuated they couldn't help me further because I wrote them a 1-star review that accurately described the situation. Now I have an iPhone 6S and yes, it's better, but still has battery issues. It says it's at 85% capacity, but I need to charge it at noon if I want to use it for the rest of the day. It actually just died when it reported 50% battery. It looks like the saga continues and I'll need to pay to have the battery replaced, which will cost me another $40. I give them 2 stars because at least they tried to remediate the first situation. However, the phones they sell kind of suck and so does their customer service.

This by far was the best find for me. In the past I would sell my phones on Ebay. After all the fees I found that UpTrsde is the only hassle free, no risk way to go. Very professional, well communicated company. If you are honest with them they will be honest with you. I would suggest them to everyone. You will not be disappointed

Slow as a turtle stuck in molasses. Will bait with high price then switch. Takes forever to get initial quote and then get phone back if you don’t agree to lower price. Still haven’t gotten phone back to see if it’s the same one I sent them. Stay away.

We ordered an iPhone 8. It was described to have slight scratches on the screen, but the price was so low we ordered anyway. We were amazed when it arrived - no scratches visible anywhere, beautifully polished and packaged for safety! It also arrived before the expected delivery date. I would definitely recommend UpTrade to friends!

I recently purchased a refurbished Iphone X and it was the best thing I ever did! It feels like a brand new phone. The phone looks and operates flawlessly. I upgraded from an Iphone 6 to the X so that was a huge improvement. The service was great and easy, and the email video showing the packaging of my product blew me away. I will definitely come back! If you are ever nervous about buying refurbished, DON'T BE! Saved me a ton of money! Thank you!

I was hesitant to use UpTrade to purchase a phone but after my experience I’m glad I gave it a shot. Very quick and simple purchase. I received my phone promptly prior to recieving timely updates about my phones status and a video of my phone being packed to be shipped off. Very professional and thorough. I recommend purchasing a phone from this company, I can not speak on behalf of the trade your phone in aspect of their business as I have not had that experience.

I sent my phone to Uptrade in October. It is now March and I have not received payment or my phone back. I have sent at leas a dozen emails to customer support. They have responded to two or three saying they are looking into it. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE.

Very good experience. The phone was exactly as advertised. It was delivered on time and I saved money in the process. I was a little leary to buy a used phone because I I didn't know what to expect but this phone was in perfect condition (like new). I will definitely purchase from UpTrade again.

I ordered a phone Monday. It’s now Friday and it still hasn’t shipped. Tried contacting them but they don’t answer phone calls, emails, or by text. 303$ and I can’t even cancel my order!! Supreme Bulls..t

Amazing phones and my son loved the boxing video sent! I loved it too because we all know how her children are impatient and asking when is it going to come ,over and over again. Right as it hit that time I receive the video of it getting boxed up. He got soooo excited 🤣

Had just paid off a $600 by two months when my phone was taken. A good friend sent me your link. I found the same model with more memory for a little over $100. My provider switched my service over and all is well. Thanks UpTrade!

Ordered one phone, they shipped another. No one answers their email, phone is un answered. I have had to challenge the charge in the hope they will respond. Very sad customer service.

They are scam don’t sell your phones with them, I try to sell my iPhone 7 with them it said $108 next day payment. After 2 weeks they quoted $4 for it, phone was in perfect working condition it was my primary phone. I would not recommend, lastly I requested to return my phone and it’s been more then 4 week they still haven’t returned it. You cannot get hold of support. I would not recommend selling it.
