“I don’t write many reviews but UpTrade, you have won me over and I’m telling everyone about it. My iPhone XR came in decent condition as described with one slight hiccup: my iPhone ear speaker (the one on top of the phone you place near your ears to listen to a call) was barely audible. I had to troubleshoot for a bit and reset some of the settings upon looking it up and realizing it was a common problem but nothing seemed to work after multiple resets and restarts including turning off noise cancellation, hearing aid settings etc. After a couple of days, I read a solution that involves cleaning out the speaker grill with a dry, soft toothbrush to remove any dirt built up from the speaker and voila! Works like new. I wish the team at UpTrade would have cleaned out the speakers (all speakers were dirty) before sending me the phone. I tell you what though - the Mentos I received as an extra treat in the box made up for it. All in all, a fantastic experience!”

“The phone is in great condition, but the battery health percentage has dropped 5 percent in the time i’ve had this phone. (4-5 weeks) That’s not normal. I have a feeling this is a replacement battery or something and to tell the truth i am not impressed by my purchase. I doubt i will hear anything back about this either, i’m overall pretty disappointed and unsatisfied by this website so far.”
