“This may literally have been the best purchase I’ve ever made. I received a pristine iPhone 7+ from UpTradeIt at the best price I could find, and it arrived exactly as described, practically brand new. Communication: Excellent. I had trouble paying online so I called a team member who walked me through, until phone was paid for. Details? You actually see HD pics of the phone you ARE BUYING, along with details of its camera, home button, screen condition etc. A specific team member comments on the summarized condition of the phone, along with THOROUGH inspection. It’s “sanitized” before packaging. And when it’s shipped, they actually send you a video of your phone being packaged! It’s just an amazing experience, one of customer care and excitement. THAT’s the way I like to do business.”
